スウェーデンサッカー協会(SvFF)は12日、国際親善試合2試合に向けたスウェーデン代表メンバー23名を発表した。

スウェーデンのAIKフットボールのユニフォームデザインが話題を集めている。
AIKは17日、スペシャルエディションとなるユニフォームデザインを発表。創立132周年を祝したキットは本拠地であるストックホルムに敬意を示し、街を描いたとされる16世紀の油絵をモチーフとしたパターンが、白基調のシャツに描かれている。
袖はクラブカラーの黒と黄色で縁取られ、エンブレムは3Dシリコンに。金属粒子により、ゴールドの輝きを引き立たせている。ユニフォームは132部の限定販売となり、シーズンチケット所有者を中心に直接購入希望の連絡が渡るとのことだ。
「世界一スタイリッシュなクラブ」と称されるAIKは、2017年から限定ユニフォームを作成。売上は非営利団体であるスタジアム・スポーツ・キャンプに直接寄付され、経済的手段を持たない子供たちがキャンプに参加する機会をもてるよう使用されている。
男子チームはAIKソルナとして知られ、スウェーデン1部のアルスヴェンカンに所属。これまで6度のリーグ優勝を誇る。女子チームには過去になでしこジャパンの林穂之香(ウェストハム)が在籍。今季は2部を戦う。
コミュニケーション・マネージャーであるトビアス・ラーション氏はユニフォームの発表にあたり、「AIKフットボールにとって、スタイルとは単なる服装以上のもの」と、クラブの哲学について語っている。

ユニフォームを紹介した『ESPN』やクラブ公式サイトには「これは美しい」、「脱帽!」といった賛辞に加え、購入を希望する一般のファンから生産数の少なさを残念に思う声などが寄せられている。

スウェーデンサッカー協会(SvFF) とアディダスは14日、スウェーデン代表の新ユニフォームを発表した。
ユーロ2024予選ではグループFに入ったものの、ベルギー代表とオーストリア代表に後れを取り、無念の予選敗退となったスウェーデン。2月には元デンマーク代表FWヨン・ダール・トマソン氏を新監督に迎えた。
新生スウェーデンの新ユニフォームは、太陽が完全に沈まない、一年で最も日が長いスウェーデンの夏至の日からインスピレーションを得ており、太陽をイメージしたサークルデザインを採用。よく見ると左胸のエンブレムからいくつもの円が徐々に大きくなるようにデザインされている。
ホームユニフォームは、明るい黄色をベースとしつつ、水色と青の2色をアクセントカラーに使用。これは空と水からインスピレーションを得ているという。
一方のアウェイユニフォームは、青をベースにしながら黄色とピンクをアクセントカラーに使用している。
どちらもデザイン自体は共通で、アウェイユニフォームの方が円が分かりやすいカラーリングに。また、どちらも襟の形がY字になっているのも特徴的だ。
ただ、このデザインはファンに不評。SvFFの公式X(旧ツイッター)には「めちゃくちゃ酷い」、「複雑な気持ちだ」、「一体どうすればこんなにも間違った方向に進むのか」、「今まで観た中で最も酷い」という否定的な意見が多く寄せられている。

スウェーデンサッカー協会(SvFF)は16日、カタール・ワールドカップ欧州予選と国際親善試合に臨むスウェーデン代表メンバー26名を発表した。
ヤンネ・アンデション監督は、ワールドカップ出場に向けてスタートする今回の予選に、予てから注目を集めていたミランのFWズラタン・イブラヒモビッチを招集。2016年6月のユーロ終了後に代表引退を発表していたが、4年9カ月ぶりに代表に復帰した。
その他、FWアレクサンダー・イサク(レアル・ソシエダ/スペイン)やDFビクトル・リンデロフ(マンチェスター・ユナイテッド/イングランド)らが順調に選出されている。

▽ユーロ2016グループE最終節のスウェーデン代表vsベルギー代表が22日にパルク・オリンピック・リヨンで行われ、0-1でベルギーが勝利した。
▽ここまで勝ち点1で3位のスウェーデンと、勝ち点3のベルギーが突破を懸けて最終節で激突した。スウェーデンのハムレーン監督は、0-1で敗れた第2節のイタリア代表戦からグイデッティに代えてベリを起用する1点を変更。今大会終了後の引退を表明したイブラヒモビッチもスタートからピッチに立った。一方、ポルトガルのヴィルモッツ監督もデンベレに代えてナインゴランを起用する1カ所の変更で、最前線に配したルカクの後方に右からカラスコ、デ・ブライネ、アザールと並べた。
▽両者共に前へ出るアクティブな立ち上がり、先にビッグチャンスを迎えたのはスウェーデンだった。シェルストレームがゴール前に入れたFKから味方が競り合って正面にこぼれたボールをベリが叩く。これが枠を捉えるも、コースが甘くGKクルトワのセーブに遭った。
▽早々にチャンスを許したベルギーだが、直後にはボックス左角のルカクが、わずかに枠の右にはずれる際どいシュートを放つなど応戦する。逆に25分には、ベリからパスを受けたイブラヒモビッチが、ペナルティアーク付近からシュート。これは、わずかに枠の左にはずれる。
▽ハーフタイムにかけても一進一退の攻防が続く。両者共に最終ラインの守備陣が集中を維持して得点を許さない中、前半終了間際にはベルギーに決定機。ショートコーナーからデ・ブライネのクロスにムニエが合わせたが、このヘディングシュートはわずかに枠をはずれた。
▽迎えた後半も一進一退の好勝負が繰り広げられる。後半最初の決定機は66分のベルギー。カウンターからデ・ブライネが放った鋭いミドルシュートがゴール左隅を捉えたが、これはGKイサクションの好セーブに遭った。
