マインツは28日、ヴォルフスブルクのドイツ人DFモリッツ・イェンツ(25)をレンタル移籍で獲得したことを発表した。背番号は「3」をつける。センターバックのイェンツは、フルアムの下部組織出身で、ローザンヌ・スポルト、ロリアン、セルティック、シャルケでプレー。2023年7月にヴォルフスブルクに完全移籍で加入した。 2023-24シーズンはブンデスリーガで22試合、DFBポカールで1試合に出場。しかし、今シーズンは開幕から出番がなく、ベンチにも1試合しか入らない状況だった。これまでブンデスリーガでは33試合に出場し1アシスト。リーグ・アンでは17試合1ゴール、チャンピオンズリーグでも6試合に出場していた。守備の補強を目指していたマインツにとっては、移籍期限が迫る中での獲得。スポーツ・ディレクター(SD)のクリスティアン・ハイデル氏は「我々はセンターバックとしてブンデスリーガでの経験豊富な選手を探していた」とコメント、「モリツは左サイド、中央でプレーができ、空中戦に強く、ピッチ内外でチームを導くリーダーだ」と期待を寄せている。 2024.08.29 10:30 Thu
