サントスのブラジル代表FWネイマールだが、またしてもピッ違いの出来事で大きな騒ぎを起こしている。
アル・ヒラルから古巣のサントスへと復帰。ゴールを決めるなど、復活した姿を見せたネイマールは、3月の北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)南米予選に臨むブラジル代表に招集されていた。
しかし、ケガを理由に辞退。ブラジルはアルゼンチン代表に惨敗を喫するなどし、ドリバウ・ジュニオール監督はすぐに解任されていた。
そのネイマールは、ケガからの回復に努めている中、カンピオナート・ブラジレイロ・セリエA(ブラジル1部)の開幕戦であるヴァスコ・ダ・ガマ戦も欠場していた。
試合を観戦予定だったネイマールだが、負傷からの回復中ということもあり欠席。そこまでは仕方ない部分もあったが、試合の翌日に問題が発生した。
ネイマールはキングス・リーグで自身が保有するフリアFCとレアル・エリートの試合を現地で観戦。ルールで認められているPKを蹴りそうになったが、流石にこれは回避していた。
プレーこそしなかったが、現場に訪れていたネイマール。一方で、所属するサントスのリーグ開幕戦は観戦しなかったとして、問題視されている。なお、サントスは1-2で敗れて開幕黒星スタートとなった。

アル・ヒラルのブラジル代表FWネイマールが、自身の3人目の子供の誕生を報告した。
19日、ネイマールは自身のインスタグラムを更新。Helena(エレナ)ちゃんが7月3日に誕生したことを発表した。
ネイマールが投稿した写真には、生まれたばかりでベッドに寝るエレナちゃんを長男のダビ・ルッカ君と見守っている写真や、ダビ・ルッカ君が抱っこする写真をアップした。
ネイマールには12歳になったダビ・ルッカ君、そして長女のメイビーちゃんが2023年10月に誕生している。ただ、ダビ・ルッカ君の母親は、インフルエンサーのキャロル・ダンタスさん、メイビーちゃんは同じくインフルエンサーのブルーナ・ビアンカルディさんだが、今回誕生したエレナちゃんの母親もまた別の人物だ。
すでにブルーナさんと破局していたネイマールだが、2024年1月にはモデルのアマンダ・キンバリーさんとの交際が報じられており、エレナちゃんの母親はキンバリーさんのようだ。
キンバリーさんも、自身のインスタグラムでエレナちゃんの誕生を報告。ネイマールについては言及されていないが、エレナちゃんの写真を撮影したカメラマンの撮影した写真にはネイマールも映り込んでおり、どうやら2人の子供のようだ。
近年は度重なる負傷によりほとんどプレーできていないネイマール。現在も負傷しており、コパ・アメリカ2024も欠場。3人目の子供が誕生した中、ピッチ上で元気な姿を見せてくれる日が待たれる。

ブラジル代表の新指揮官は、アル・ヒラルを率いるジョルジェ・ジェズス監督(70)が最有力と見られている。
28日、ブラジルサッカー連盟(CBF)はブラジル代表のドリヴァウ・ジュニオール監督(62)の解任を発表。25日に行われた2026年北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)南米予選第14節のアルゼンチン代表戦での惨敗が決定打となった。
CBFは「後任の監督探しに尽力する｣という声明も合わせて発表。ブラジル『グローボ』によると、ジョルジェ・ジェズス監督との合意に向けて交渉を進めていくという。
CBFのエドナルド・ロドリゲス会長は、レアル・マドリーのカルロ・アンチェロッティ監督とコンタクトを取っているとも報じられてきたが、アンチェロッティ監督は29日の会見で「ない」と発言。2026年6月までの契約を全うする意向を示している。
6月の南米予選の2試合に向け、新監督の発表を急ぎたいCBFは、すでにジョルジェ・ジェズス監督とコンタクトを取っており、順調に交渉が進んでいるとのこと。アル・ヒラル指揮官の要望は、AFCチャンピオンズリーグエリート(ACLE)が終了する5月3日までクラブにとどまることのようだ。
フラメンゴを率いた2019年にはコパ・リベルタドーレスを制覇。南米に続いてアジアの大陸王者に輝くことを望み、6月開催のFIFAクラブ・ワールドカップ(CWC)は諦めてブラジル代表を率いることで、CBFと同意したという。
しかし、アル・ヒラルとの交渉はこれから。CBFとジョルジェ・ジェズス監督は、穏便に事が進むことを期待しているという。
これまで母国ポルトガルの数々のクラブを率い、ベンフィカでは3度リーグを制したジョルジュ・ジェズス監督。2017-18シーズン限りでスポルティングCPを去って以降は、アル・ヒラル、フラメンゴ、フェネルバフチェなど国外のクラブでも指揮を獲り、2023年7月にアル・ヒラル指揮官に再任した。
アル・ヒラル復帰後はギネス認定の公式戦34連勝を達成。サウジ・プロ・リーグなど複数のタイトルを獲得している。
一方、ブラジル代表の中心選手として活躍してきたネイマール(現サントス)との関係には疑問符。アル・ヒラル加入後はケガによりほとんど稼働できなかったが、「僕のコンディションがチームと同じではないとジョルジェ・ジェズスが言った時、とても動揺した」と2月に話していた。
ポルトガル人指揮官はネイマールとの関係改善に意欲的とのこと。CBFと合意に至った後、行動に移すつもりのようだ。

マンチェスター・シティのベルギー代表MFケビン・デ・ブライネ(32)が、自身の去就について語った。ベルギー『HLN』が伝えた。
シティの中心選手としてプレーしているデ・ブライネ。2015年8月からプレーし、公式戦382試合で102ゴール170アシストを記録している。
今シーズンはケガも多く、満足いく活躍はできなかったが、プレミアリーグでは前人未到の4連覇を達成した。
デ・ブライネは契約が残り1年となった中、サウジアラビアから超巨額のオファーが届いているとのこと。『HLN』では家族について語り、イングランド以外でプレーすることについて言及した。
「(妻の)ミッチェル(・ラクロワ)にとって、エキゾチックな冒険は問題ない。また僕たち家族の会話も増えていっている」

「僕の年齢では、全てに対してオープンでなければならない。キャリアの終わりになるかもしれないし、信じられないほどの金額についても話している。時にはそのことについて考えなければならないこともある」
「そこで2年間プレーできれば、信じられないほどの金額を稼ぐことができるだろう。その前は15年間サッカーをしなければならなかった。まだ、その金額にすら達していないかもしれない」
「その後、それが次に何を意味するのかを考えなければならない。ただ、現時点ではまだ、そのことについては考える必要はない」
デ・ブライネには、ポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウドを擁するアル・ナスルやブラジル代表FWネイマールを擁するアル・ヒラルなどが獲得に動いているとのこと。年俸は7000万ユーロ(約117億8000万円)が提示されたようだが、デ・ブライネは即決はしなかったようだ。
