インテルのレジェンドたちが集結した。
シモーネ・インザーギ監督のもとで、セリエAの首位を独走しているインテル。コッパ・イタリアこそラウンド16で敗退となったが、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)では決勝トーナメント進出を果たすなど順調なシーズンを送っている。
そのインテルは、7日にレジェンドマッチを開催。主に1990年代と2000年代にネラッズーリのユニフォームを着た選手たちが集まり、ジョージアの選抜チームと対戦した。
三冠を達成した2009-10シーズンのメンバーも何人か集まった中、クラブの公式SNSで選手たちの姿が公開されると、レジェンドたちの今の姿に注目が集まった。
当時を思い出したファンは「泣けてくる」、「胸熱」、「懐かしい」とコメント。また、「フィーゴは年を重ねてもイケオジ感が凄い」、「南米勢が全然太ってなくて凄い」、「サネッティ全然変わんないな」、「パンデフは15年前と全く一緒」と現役当時と比較する声も集まっていた。
なお、試合は2-0でインテルのレジェンドマッチチームのインテル・フォーエバーが勝利。元ポルトガル代表のルイス・フィーゴ氏が2ゴールを決めている。

ピッチに投げ入れられた最も衝撃的なものはなんだろうか。
21日に行われたリーグ・アン第14節のリヨンvsマルセイユでは、スタンドから中身が入った状態のペットボトルが投げ入れられた。これがMFディミトリ・パイエの左耳付近を直撃し、パイエは頭を押さえながら倒れ込んでしまう。試合は一時中断を経て、中止にまで追いやられる事態となっていた。
19年前のエル・クラシコ、2002年11月23日に行われたカンプ・ノウでのバルセロナvsレアル・マドリーの一戦では、豚の頭がピッチに投げ入れられたのを覚えているだろうか。
元ポルトガル代表FWルイス・フィーゴは2000年夏にバルセロナからレアル・マドリーへという禁断の移籍を決行。バルセロナのファンからは猛烈な反感を買っていた。前述のクラシコで、マドリーの一員としてカンプ・ノウに足を踏み入れたフィーゴに対してはブーイングの嵐。ライターやコインなども投げ入れられた。
その中でも異色だったのが豚の頭だ。CKでボールをセットした際に、あるバルセロナのファンがフィーゴに向かってそれを投擲。当たりはしなかったものの、様々な意味で衝撃を与えたことは間違いなかった。
当時のクラシコは一時中断こそしたものの、試合は継続。ゴールレスに終わっている。何事もなかったために、笑い話として語れるものの、ケガにつながっていれば大きな問題に発展していたことは間違いないだろう。

チャリティーマッチで実現した豪華な1枚が話題となっている。
23日、レアル・マドリー・レジェンズvsポルト・ヴィンテージによるチャリティーマッチが開催。新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響で2020年にから延期されていた一戦が、サンティアゴ・ベルナベウで行われた。
試合は元スロバキア代表DFマレク・チェフ氏のゴールでポルトが勝利していた中、その試合のドレッシングルームで実現した1枚のセルフィーが話題となった。
その1枚に写っていたのは、レアル・マドリー・レジェンズの面々。元オランダ代表MFクラレンス・セードルフ氏、元ポルトガル代表MFルイス・フィーゴ氏、元フランス代表MFジネディーヌ・ジダン氏、元ブラジル代表MFジュリオ・バチスタ氏、元ブラジル代表DFロベルト・カルロス氏がずらりと並んでいた。
まさにレジェンドが勢揃いした1枚には、ファンも「レアル・マドリーは偉大」、「ロナウドはどこ?」、「レジェンド大集合」、「凄すぎる」とコメント。驚きや喜びの反応を寄せていた。
なお、今回チャリティーマッチの収益は筋萎縮性側索硬化症(ALS)の研究資金とレアル・マドリー財団の運営に使われるということだ。
