ヴィッセル神戸の三木谷浩史代表取締役会長と“友達”との2ショットが話題だ。
2004年から神戸の代表を務めている三木谷氏。近年は海外で活躍していたスター選手や日本人選手も多く獲得し、2023シーズンには念願のJ1初優勝を果たした。
その三木谷氏は、5日に自身のX(旧ツイッター)を更新。「友達といるよ」として2ショットを投稿した。
三木谷氏の隣にいるのは、アラブ首長国連邦(UAE)のエミレーツ・クラブに所属する元スペイン代表MFアンドレス・イニエスタ。2018年から2023年まで神戸で活躍した。
イニエスタは、7日に国立競技場で行われる「Inter Miami in Tokyo 2024」のために来日。アルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシらバルセロナ時代のチームメイトたちが在籍するインテル・マイアミと、2023年までプレーした神戸の試合を訪れることになっている。
三木谷氏によると、イニエスタは「明後日、国立でみんなに会おうと伝えてとのことです」とのことだ。
豪華な2ショットに、ファンは「最高」、「やばすぎいい」、「こりゃ羨ましい...」、「トモダチ…流石です」と多くのコメントを寄せていた。

6日、来日しているインテル・マイアミの来日記念パーティーが開催。集まった豪華メンバーに注目が集まっている。
元イングランド代表MFのデイビッド・ベッカム氏が共同オーナーを務めるメジャーリーグ・サッカー(MLS)のインテル・マイアミ。アルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシをはじめ、ウルグアイ代表FWルイス・スアレス、元スペイン代表MFセルヒオ・ブスケッツ、DFジョルディ・アルバと元バルセロナの選手が多く所属している。
そのインテル・マイアミは、2024シーズンの開幕を前にプレシーズンツアーを実施。アル・ヒラル、アル・ナスルのサウジアラビア勢と戦った後、4日に香港選抜チームと対戦。7日には「Inter Miami in Tokyo 2024」にて国立競技場でヴィッセル神戸と対戦することとなっている。
6日の昼には、神戸戦に向けた記者会見も実施されていたなか、夜には来日記念パーティーが開催。「Inter Miami in Tokyo 2024」の公式X(旧ツイッター)がその様子を伝えている。
最高額は1人300万円というスペシャル・エクスペリエンス・シートのチケットを持っている一般の参加者もいる中、パーティーには、インテル・マイアミの選手だけでなく、メッシらとバルセロナでも一緒にプレーし、神戸でもプレーしていた元スペイン代表MFアンドレス・イニエスタ(現エミレーツ・クラブ)や神戸の三木谷浩史代表取締役会長の姿もあった。
豪華メンバーの集まりには、ファンも「ほぼバルサの同窓会じゃん」、「これは夢ですか?」、「当時のスタメン5人が式典に居るって凄いです」、「メンツえぐすぎる」とコメント。3冠達成を果たした2014-2015シーズンなどバルセロナの黄金期の主力を担った選手たちの再会に喜びの声を寄せている。

エミレーツ・クラブの元スペイン代表MFアンドレス・イニエスタが、日本での春の日々を懐かしんでいる。
2023年夏までヴィッセル神戸でプレーしていたイニエスタ。Jリーグで5年間プレーし、多くのファンを沸かせてくれた。
現在はUAEでプレーを続けている中、すっかり心は日本仕様になっているようだ。
イニエスタは自身のインスタグラムを更新。「満開の桜、日本で過ごした素敵な経験のひとときです」と投稿し、日本で過ごしていた時に撮影した、家族で満開の桜の前で撮った写真を複数枚投稿した。
海外でも桜を見られる場所はあるが、日本を象徴する花。国の天然記念物にも指定され、時期は異なるが全国で楽しむことができる。
まるで日本人のような投稿をしたイニエスタ。妻のアンナ・オルティスさんも「日本が恋しい」とインスタグラムに投稿しており、イニエスタファミリーにとっては「春=桜」という印象になっているようだ。
これにはファンも「神戸の桜は満開です!」、「日本に帰ってきて!」、「また来て欲しい」、「いつか帰ってきて」、「日本の桜キレイですよ!」、「日本を忘れないでいてくれてありがとう」、「いつでも歓迎します」と、日本を忘れないイニエスタの投稿に多くの反応が届いている。

IFFHS(国際サッカー歴史統計連盟)が、21世紀で最もプレーした選手のランキングを発表。トップ10には日本人選手もランクインした。
様々な統計を行うIFFHS。2022年までのデータを集計し、21世紀に入ってからのプレーした試合数をもとにランキングを作成した。
対象となるのは、各国のリーグ戦やカップ戦、国際カップ戦、代表チームの試合も含まれ、全ての公式戦が対象になっている。
今回の統計では1000試合以上プレーした選手が3人に増加。首位は昨年と変わらず、サウジアラビアへ活躍の場を移したポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウド(アル・ナスル)となり、1145試合を記録した。
2022年に1000試合を突破したのは、ブラジル代表DFダニエウ・アウベス(UNAMプーマス)とアルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシ(パリ・サンジェルマン)。アウベスは1033試合、メッシは1003試合となった。メッシはカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)での試合で1000試合を超えたことになる。
そんな中、8位には日本人がランクイン。941試合に出場したMF遠藤保仁(ジュビロ磐田)だ。遠藤はガンバ大阪と磐田、そして日本代表での試合が21世紀に含まれている。なお、アジア人でも唯一となり、900試合以上を達成しているのも12名となっている。
