負傷離脱中のウーデゴール

アーセナルのMFマルティン・ウーデゴールは、今回のインターナショナルマッチウィークでノルウェー代表でのプレーを断念したようだ。イギリス『ロンドン・イブニング・スタンダード』が報じている。

ウーデゴールは、先月末から股関節の問題を抱えており、直近の公式戦3試合を欠場中。それでも、先日に発表されたノルウェー代表の招集メンバーに名を連ねていた。

しかし、負傷箇所の回復が芳しくないようで、マンチェスター・シティFWアーリング・ハーランドらが代表合流のためにイングランドを旅立ったなか、代表のキャプテンはロンドンにとどまったようだ。

現時点でウーデゴールの復帰時期に関しては不明だが、ノルウェー代表に関してはユーロ2024予選敗退が決定しており、フェロー諸島代表との国際親善試合に加え、19日に行われるユーロ2024予選のスコットランド代表戦の重要度は高くない。そのため、クラブや代表チーム、選手本人の話し合いの中で治療に専念するとの結論が下された可能性も考えられる。

AIがスタジアムをデザインしたら…。『433』が世界的に有名なサッカークラブのスタジアムをAIで作成している。近年になって大きく発達したAIによる画像生成ツール。今では誰でも簡単に出来栄えの良い画像を作れる時代だ。サッカー界でも、国内外のクラブがSNSを中心に話題を呼んでいる『AIイヤーブック』を活用。選手たちを“アメリカの学生”のような写真に加工し話題となっていた。 AIの画像生成は人物だけでなく風景やモノのイラストももちろん可能。『433』は選手ではなくスタジアムに焦点を当てて、AIを活用している。『433』が作ったのは、ベンフィカ、バルセロナ、ガラタサライ、パリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)、レアル・マドリー、ボカ・ジュニアーズ、アーセナル、ポルト、ミラン、バイエルンの8つのクラブのスタジアムだ。 PSGであればパリのエッフェル塔、ミランであればミラノのドゥオーモというように、クラブの本拠地近くの名所をデザインしたものもあれば、アーセナルの大砲やベンフィカの鷲、ポルトの龍といったようにエンブレムから逆算されたデザインのものも作られている。オクトーバーフェストでお馴染みのバイエルンだけは、スタジアムの真横に巨大なビールとややおふざけ要素も含まれているが、いずれも秀逸だ。それらのデザインについて、ファンも「最高にカッコイイ」、「これは夢が広がる」、「ベンフィカは最高に美しい」、「マドリーは本物の方がいい」とコメント。斬新なアイデアに目を奪われている。エンブレムの要素をそのままスタジアム全体のデザインに採用するのはAIらしいが、ここまでワクワクするようなデザインになるのであれば、実際に見てみたい気もする。 <span class="paragraph-title">【画像】AIがスタジアムをデザインするとこうなる</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/CzmClsGr0MY/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF;
