海外アーティストによる日本代表ユニフォームのアレンジが注目を集めている。

世界的に有名な刺繍家のディアナ・アル・シャマリさんは、これまでも各国代表やクラブのユニフォームにオリジナルの刺繡を施し、好評を博してきた。過去にはプーマとも正式にコラボレーション。カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)へ向けた日本代表ユニフォームやFC東京のユニフォームもアレンジした実績がある。

23日には"桜餅ウエア"と話題をさらった「サッカー日本代表スペシャルコレクション」、NIGO®氏が手掛けたピンクの日本代表トレーニングウエアに手を加えた一枚を公開。前面にコントラストが際立つ白い花を中心とした刺繍を施したほか、背面には日本の伝統的な刺繍技法、刺し子による正方形もあしらった。
