DFらしからぬゴールを数多く決めたロベルト・カルロス氏だが、その中でも有名なのが1997年6月3日に行われたトゥルノワ・ド・フランスでのフランス代表戦で生まれた一撃だ。

敵陣中央でFKを獲得すると、狙う気満々で入念にボールをセットするロベルト・カルロス氏。長い助走を取ると、勢いをつけて左足を振りぬいた。ゴールの右に逸れたと思われた強烈なシュートは、強いシュート回転がかかり、なんとゴール右隅に突き刺さる。これには名手のフランス代表GKファビアン・バルデズ氏も全く反応できなかった。

『ウイコレ』ガチ勢の有田哲平さん、山崎弘也さんがチーフ・オフィサー就任! 過去に世界一の山崎さん「寝ないでやっている」、リアル大会も開催
