「クソダサフォント」来日予定のローマ、特別ユニのネームが大不評「日本語でよかったためしない」

ローマの来日用ユニフォームデザインが、日本のファンに衝撃をもたらした。

『EUROJAPAN CUP 2022(ユーロジャパン・カップ2022)』で来日し、25日に名古屋グランパス、28日に横浜F・マリノスと対戦する予定のローマ。それに先立ち、4日にはサプライヤーのニューバランスから特別ユニフォームのデザインが発表されていた。

イギリスのファッションブランド「アリエス」とコラボした1枚は、赤を基調とし、左肩から斜めに黄色のラインが施された、デザインが切り替わる仕様に。左袖と胴の左側はブラックになっており、「オシャレでカッコいい」などの声が寄せられていた。

だが、当時は正面からの写真しか公開されておらず、22日にローマの公式ツイッターが背面のネームを公開すると、日本のファンからは絶望の悲鳴が上がることとなった。

選手名はまさかのカタカナ表記。見本として紹介された「ペッレグリーニ」、「ザニオーロ」の細字のゴシック体のネームは、極太の背番号と対照的で非常に貧相な印象を与える。

斜め上をいくデザインにはファンも嘆き節。「それだけはやめてください」、「出たクソダサフォント」、「日本語表記でよかった試しがない」、「日本語にだけはするな頼む」、「海外特有のクソダサいフォント」と、呆れや辛辣なコメントが寄せられている。中には「なもんでマーキングなしにした」との声も聞こえた。

少数ながら「それ良いね」と好意的な声も上がっているが、やはり海外チームによる日本語デザインは、日本国民の感性にはそぐわなかったようだ。

「これはカッコいい」「選手が着るとヤバい」ローマの新ユニフォームのダークレッドとゴールドは「美しい色合い」と好評、ディバラのモデル姿にも絶賛の声

ローマは18日、2024-25シーズンの新ユニフォームを発表した。 2023-24シーズンはシーズン途中にジョゼ・モウリーニョ監督が退任し、ダニエレ・デ・ロッシ監督が就任したローマ。チームは6位でフィニッシュし、新シーズンのヨーロッパの大会出場を決めている。そのローマは、アディダスと共に新ユニフォームを発表。カンポ・テスタッチョの時代からインスピレーションを得ている。カンポ・テスタッチョは、ローマ発祥の地でありホームスタジアムだった場所の名前。1929年11月3日に最初の試合が行われ、ブレシアと対戦した。当時に思いを馳せ、今からおよそ90年前の1933-34シーズンに使われたシーズンチケットのカラーリングを採用。ダークレッドとゴールドをユニフォームに使用した。デザインは非常にシンプルなものとなっており、ボディはダークレッドに、ゴールドの細いストライプが5本入り、さらに濃い赤のストライプが間に入っている。肩に入るアディダスのスリーラインや右胸のアディダスロゴはゴールドで施され、左胸のクラブロゴはユニフォームと同じカラーリングで統一されている。男女共に同じユニフォームを着用するため、なでしこジャパンのDF熊谷紗希、DF南萌華もこのユニフォームを着用。モデルにはアルゼンチン代表FWパウロ・ディバラや、イタリア代表MFロレンツォ・ペッレグリーニ、コートジボワール代表DFエヴァン・エンディカ、MFエドアルド・ボーヴェらがモデルを務めた。ファンは新ユニフォームに「これはカッコいい」、「リークのよりも断然良く見える」、「選手が着るとヤバい」、「美しい色合い」、「素晴らしい出来」とコメント。また、お決まりのポーズを取ったディバラには「カッコ良すぎる」、「最高だ」、「いつまでも愛してる」と、絶賛の声が集まっている。 <span class="paragraph-title">【動画&写真】ローマの新ユニフォームはダークレッドとゴールドの高級感溢れるものに</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/reel/C9kgYndobKP/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF; ローマが新スタジアム計画を発表…目玉は欧州最大のクルヴァ・スッド

カラフィオーリのアーセナル移籍で古巣ローマにも恩恵…バーゼルから追加の支払い
