10月29日から30日にかけて行われた2022-23 Yogibo WEリーグ第2節。AC長野パルセイロ・レディースはマイナビ仙台レディースを長野Uスタジアムに迎えた。

複数名の新型コロナウイルス感染症陽性判定者が出た影響からか、前節から最終ラインやGKを含む先発5人を入れ替えた長野だったが、前半で2点のビハインドを負い、開幕戦の三菱重工浦和レッズレディース戦に続いて追い掛ける展開に。ハーフタイム明けの布陣変更が功を奏し、菊池の直接CKで1点を返すも、そのまま1-2で敗れて連敗スタートとなった。

昨季はINAC神戸レオネッサで出場2試合にとどまり、出場機会を求めて今季から長野に加わった菊池。54分の追撃弾が加入後初ゴールとなり、WEリーグでは初となるCKを直接決めた選手となった。

ただ、自身の成果よりもチームの結果に悔しさを隠し切れない様子。試合後に更新したインスタグラムでは、自らのバックショットとともに、思いを綴っている。

「勝ちたい」

「伝えたいこと沢山ありますが、1番想いが強いのは勝ちたい、ただそれだけ。2連敗、それが私たちの今の現状、実力。それでも最後まで諦めずアグレッシブに貪欲に闘える選手、スタッフ、運営の方。そしてどんな時も最後まで熱い声援を送ってくださるファン、サポーターの皆さんがいます」

長野は次節、5日にアウェイでジェフユナイテッド市原・千葉レディースと対戦する。ここまで全試合に出場し、ボランチやサイドハーフとして奮闘する背番号「14」は、チームに今季初勝利をもたらすことができるだろうか。

本田圭佑と共にカンボジア代表を率いた廣瀬龍氏が長野パルセイロ・レディースの新監督就任「全力で取り組みます」

広島や清水でプレーしたティーラシンの妹がWEリーグに!タイ女子代表FWタニガーンがAC長野に加入内定
