10月10日に行われた、日本代表対パラグアイ戦。“二人のコウキ”が、日本代表選手としてついに同じピッチに立った。 横浜FCで芽吹いた斉藤光毅と、輝きを取り戻した小川航基。クラブ指折りの“出世魚”の共演は、ファン・サポーターにとって、待ちに待った瞬間だった。 しかし、同じ1試合を戦ったはずの二人が試合後に見せた表情は、あまりにも対照的だった。 ■「全然ダメ」完敗に終わった、苦いデビュー戦 出番が訪れたのは、2失点目を喫した直後の66分だった。「流れを変えるプレーを見せてほしいという」森保一監督からのメッセージを受け取り、斉藤は左ウイングバックの位置で、日本代表戦のピッチに立った。 横浜FCにとっては、史上初となるアカデミー出身選手のA代表デビュー。ロールモデルとなる成長を遂げた斉藤が日の丸を背負う姿は、クラブに関わる誰しもが心待ちにしていたものだった。 「監督からはどんどん仕掛けて、チャンスをつくってほしい、と。もちろん自分もそのつもりで試合に臨みました」 出場から1分半後、鈴木淳之介のパスを敵陣高い位置で受けた斉藤は、パラグアイの右サイドバックを担うフアン・カセレスと1対1になり、早速、得意のドリブルを仕掛けるチャンスが訪れる。しかし、中に切り込もうとした瞬間に体を当てられ体勢を崩し、あとから寄せに来たディエゴ・ゴンザレスに、そのままボールを刈り取られてしまった。 続けて72分には、逆サイドの伊東純也にクロスを要求しファーへと走り込むが、ボールは流れ、シュートには持ち込むことができず。その後も積極的に仕掛ける姿勢を見せるも、相手を抜く前に潰されてしまい、ボールロストが続いた。 そして終盤には、同じく途中出場の相馬勇紀とポジションが替わり、より得意なシャドーの位置に入るも力を出しきれず。アディショナルタイムに上田綺世のヘディングゴールで追いつきチームは敗戦は免れたが、個人としてはパラグアイに完封され、苦いデビュー戦となった。 「全然ダメだった」。 試合後のテレビ中継用のインタビューでは、質問を投げかけるリポーターの顔を見ることができず、終始うつむく。 「普段のリーグ戦でも同じくらいの強度を相手にしているしもっと削られる時もあるので、全部自分の仕掛けの甘さが招いたことだと思います。ただ今は、細かいところの反省よりも『なんでああしなかったのか』『なんでこうなっちゃったんだ』としか、考えられない」 ロッカーに戻り、取材対応の時間になっても悔しさは収まらず。こぼれる言葉には自身への怒りや困惑も入り混じった、複雑な心情が垣間見えた。 ■笑顔に滲む、ストライカーの自信と余裕 一方、真逆とも言える活躍を見せヒーローインタビューに応じたのは、小川航基だ。 持ち前の決定力を示したのは、1失点目からわずか5分後の26分、敵陣でパスを回しながら機を探る中、佐野海舟が一瞬の隙を突くタイミングで縦パスを送る。これを収めた小川は、腰をひねりながら反転シュート。ボールはGKの真正面に飛び弾かれるも、反動で後ろに逸れそのままラインを割り、みごと同点に追いついた。 小川にとっては初めてホーム開催の試合で決めた、記念すべき10得点目。出場11試合での2ケタ得点達成は、日本代表最多得点記録保持者の釜本邦茂氏を上回る、“史上最速”の数字となった。 「入ったと思わなかったので、自陣に戻ろうとしてました。入っていたのでよかったです」 少し口元を緩ませながらゴールシーンを振り返る所作からは、“余裕”が伺える。 続く第2戦のブラジル戦は、1トップを争う上田綺世も含めた仲間の3ゴールで歴史的な逆転勝利を収めたものの、自身は85分の投入となり、連続得点とはならなかった。 それでも「表現があっているかはわからないけど、この試合でゴールができた選手が羨ましいなとは思う」とは口にしつつも、焦りや不安は一切ない。 「今日の試合は、もちろんうれしいです。でもW杯本番ではないですし、相手のコンディションやメンバーも全く違うはずなので、これで一喜一憂するつもりはありません。味方のゴールも刺激になりましたけど、やっぱりW杯の舞台では、そこに自分の名前があるべきだと思っています」 同じクラブで活躍したといえども、所属年数もシーズンも異なるため、チームメートとしてプレーした経験はなかった、斉藤と小川。共通点こそあれど交わることのなかった二人の共演は、SNS上でも話題となった。 一方で、代表チームの中で積み重ねてきたものがもたらす立場や経験値の“差”が、如実に表れる試合となった。 ■悔しさを糧に“再共演”へ ただ、国を背負うストライカーとして堂々と結果を残す小川も、決して平坦な道を歩んできたわけではない。 プロデビュー後続いた不調に、度重なるけが、J2での再起を経て挑んだ海外移籍──。いくつもの壁を乗り越えたからこそ、今の活躍がある。 「W杯は、どう見てたっていうか……。普通に応援はしてましたけど、先は越されてるなって思うし、そこに対しての焦りはやっぱりある」 3年前、メンバー争いに絡むことすらできなかったカタールW杯の直後、小川を取材した際の音声を聞き返してみれば、斉藤と同じく隠し切れない「悔しさ」が滲んでいた。 「この経験を生かすしかない」 言い聞かせるように言葉を絞り出す斉藤だが、得た課題をどう次につなげられるかは、自分次第だ。 「航基くんだけじゃなく、試合中にいろんな選手が声をかけてくれましたけど、自分がもっと思い通りのプレーをしていけば、より具体的になってくるはず。『どんどん仕掛けろ』だけじゃなく、動きを擦り合わせるような声をかけてもらえるように、頑張りたい」 息を合わせ「光毅のアシスト」で「航基がゴールを決める」──。その瞬間を夢見ているファン・サポーターは、大勢いるだろう。寄せられる期待にも応えるべく、小川もまた決意を新たにする。 「クラブへの貢献度は彼のほうがもちろん高いですし、1年半しかいなかった僕が何か言うのも違うのかなと思いますけど……。一緒に『横浜FC』という名前も背負いながら、感謝を忘れずに。誇りをもってやれればな、と思います」 横浜から、世界へ。羽ばたいた二人の挑戦は続く。 2025.10.22 12:10 Wed

2週間のジャパンツアーを行うスタッド・ランス、費用は「ヤスダ・グループ」が全額負担!? 3年25.6億円のスポンサー契約も
リーグ・アンのクラブは新シーズンの放映権問題を抱え、クラブの財政に大きな影響を与えることとなる。一方で、スポンサーの影響により、その損失の影響を受けないクラブもあるようだ。 フランス『レキップ』によれば、そのクラブの1つがスタッド・ランス。日本代表MF伊東純也、MF中村敬斗が所属するランスは、今夏ジャパンツアーを実施。Jリーグの4クラブと対戦する。 ランスは今シーズンの放映権問題により、年間で900万ユーロ(約15億4000万円)の収入が減少するという。ただ、移籍市場での収入やプーマとのサプライヤー契約などで、多くの収入を手にしている。 その中で、大きな役割を占めているというのが「ヤスダ・グループ」だ。2024-25シーズンからランスのメインスポンサーになり、2027年までの3年間の契約を締結。3年間で1500万ユーロ(約25億6500万円)がクラブに入るという。 マーケティング、教育サービス、そしてエンターテインメント事業を手がけているという「ヤスダ・グループ」は、2023-24シーズンには日本代表MF久保建英が所属するレアル・ソシエダのメインスポンサーにもなっており、サッカー界に進出し始めている。 そん中で今夏のジャパンツアーを行うランスだが、どうやらその費用は全て「ヤスダ・グループ」が負担するという。およそ2週間になるツアーには、選手やスタッフなど64人が来日。移動費に加えて宿泊費を考えれば巨額の費用がかかるが、全て「ヤスダ・グループ」が負担するという。 クラブのジャン=ピエール・カイヨ会長はジャパンツアーについて、「我々のチームには伊東純也と中村敬斗がおり、日本のユニフォームスポンサーもいたので、この機会は自然と訪れた」とコメント。我々は「熱意を持って、この契約を掴んだ」と、クラブとしてもチャンスと捉えて臨むという。 ジャパンツアーでは、24日にジュビロ磐田と対戦すると、27日に清水エスパルス、31日にFC町田ゼルビア、8月3日にヴィッセル神戸と対戦する。日本でも人気のある伊東と中村のグッズを含めて、多くの利益を得られることも見込まれており、このジャパンツアーには大きな期待が寄せられているという。 2024.07.22 21:40 Mon
