ポーランドサッカー協会(PZPN)は21日、新しい代表監督にポルトガル指揮官パウロ・ソウザ氏(50)を任命したことを発表した。
PZPNは今夏に行われるユーロ2020を前に、イェジー・ブジェンチェク監督(49)を解任。2018年7月から続いた政権に終止符を打った。
後任として白羽の矢が立ったのは、現役時代にポルトガル代表としても活躍したパウロ・ソウザ氏。引退後は、QPRやスウォンジー、レスター・シティ、マッカビ・テル・アビブ、バーゼル、フィオレンティーナ、天津天海などの監督を歴任。
直近では、2019年3月に成績不振に陥っていたボルドーの指揮官に就任。何とかチームを残留に導くと、2019-20シーズンは28試合で9勝10分け9敗の12位でシーズンを終了。2022年まで契約を残していたが、2019-20シーズン終了後に辞任していた。

2022年プスカシュ賞は衝撃バイシクル弾!アンプティサッカー界から史上初受賞

日本人選手がポーランド女子リーグで初のタイトル! 来季UWCL出場権も獲得

アーセナルがポーランド代表DFキヴィオル獲得でクラブ間合意と報道、移籍金32億円の5年半契約が迫る
今冬の移籍市場で選手の補強に動いているアーセナル。センターバックの一角を補強するために、スペツィアのポーランド代表DFヤクブ・キヴィオル(22)の獲得が迫っているようだ。イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』が伝えた。 プレミアリーグで首位に立つアーセナル。ウインガーの補強を優先していた中、獲得の最有力候補だったウクライナ代表FWミハイロ・ムドリク(21)はチェルシーへの完全移籍が決定。新たなターゲットとして、ブライトン&ホーヴ・アルビオンのベルギー代表FWレアンドロ・トロサール(28)の獲得が迫っているという。 そんな中、センターバックの補強にも動いているとのこと。左利きのセンターバックがブラジル代表DFガブリエウ・マガリャンイスのみとなっており、そのバックアッパーを補強したい考えがあるという。 キヴィオルは、アンデルレヒトの下部組織で育ち、2021年8月にジリナからスペツィアへと加入。これまでセリエAで39試合に出場。今シーズンは17試合に出場している。 また、ポーランド代表としても2022年6月にデビューし、カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では4試合全てに出場し、将来が期待されている。 移籍金は2000万ポンド(約32億2000万円)とみられており、移籍に精通するファブリツィオ・ロマーノ氏によれば、すでにクラブ間合意に至っており、キヴィオルも移籍で合意。ロンドンへと飛び、メディカルチェックを受けて、2028年6月までの5年半契約を結ぶとのことだ。 ミケル・アルテタ監督はガブリエウのパフォーマンスには満足している一方で、若いうちにプレーしすぎるとキャリアが短くなる可能性を懸念。そのため、左利きであり、ビルドアップ能力に長けており、長短のパスを操れる他、プレッシャーのかかる状況でも問題なくプレーできる点、そして年齢でも獲得に値すると考えているとのことだ。 2023.01.20 23:45 Fri

「僕の中の何かが消えた」レヴァンドフスキ、聞く耳持たないバイエルンへの不信感を口に「誰が来たいと思うんだ?」
