【ラ・リーガ第2節プレビュー】久保は武藤加入のエイバルと2戦連続の日本人対決! 王者マドリーが初陣

先週末に開幕したラ・リーガの第1節ではMF久保建英在籍のビジャレアルと、FW岡崎慎司在籍のウエスカの一戦で、プリメーラ史上初の日本人対決が実現。1-1の痛み分けに終わったものの、ラ・リーガの歴史に新たな1ページが刻まれた。

さらに、優勝候補不在となった開幕節ではバレンシア、オサスナ、グラナダ、ベティスの4チームが白星を飾っている。

今回の第2節では昨季、3年ぶりの優勝を果たした王者のレアル・マドリーが、レアル・ソシエダとのアウェイゲームで連覇を狙う新シーズンをスタートする。今夏の移籍市場ではここまでMFハメス・ロドリゲスやMFベイル、DFレギロンと余剰人員の整理を優先し、主力クラスの補強なしと継続路線を見せている。今回の開幕戦に向けてはコンディションの問題を抱えるMFアザールやFWアセンシオらを除き、昨季の優勝に貢献した主力メンバーがピッチに立つ予定だ。

対する昨季6位のソシエダはバジャドリーとの開幕戦を1-1のドローで終えており、王者相手のホーム開幕戦で今季初勝利を目指す。注目はマンチェスター・シティから加入したMFダビド・シルバ。新型コロナウイルスの陽性反応が出たことで、開幕戦を欠場することになった元スペイン代表MFだが、すでに全体練習に復帰しており、バレンシア時代以来、10年ぶりのラ・リーガ再デビューが濃厚だ。マドリーとはシティの一員として戦ったチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)ラウンド16以来、約1カ月ぶりの再戦となるが、ソシエダでも勝利といきたい。

また、今節では王者マドリーの初陣と共に、前節に続く日本人対決となるビジャレアルvsエイバルに注目が集まる。

今夏、ビジャレアルを新天地に選択した久保は先発起用が期待された中、77分からの途中投入でビジャレアルデビューを飾った。トップ下でのプレーとなった久保は積極的な仕掛けからFKを獲得するなど、一定の存在感を示したが、プレータイムが少なかったこともあり、大きなインパクトを残すまでには至らず。ただ、久保のベンチスタートに関して地元メディアから疑問の声が上がるなど、依然として期待値は大きく、今回の試合ではスタメン起用も期待できそうだ。

対するエイバルは昨季残留を争ったセルタとの開幕戦を0-0のドローで終えた。試合終盤に退場者を出したことで、勝ち点1は最低限の結果と言えるが、攻勢を見せた前半から徐々にトーンダウンした部分は要改善だ。開幕スタメンを飾ったMF乾貴士は左サイドバックにビガスが入った影響で、より個での仕掛けを求められた中、前半は上々のプレーも61分と比較的早い時間帯の交代となった。

また、久保と乾の対決に注目が集まった中、16日にはニューカッスルFW武藤嘉紀のエイバルへのレンタル移籍というサプライズの一報が届いた。憧れのプレミアリーグの舞台で苦闘が続き、開幕前に構想外を言い渡された武藤は、ドイツ、イングランドに続く自身3カ国目となるスペインで捲土重来を期す。加入して間もない段階だが遠征メンバー入りを果たしており、プリメーラデビューが期待される。

その武藤に先駆けて前節のビジャレアル戦でプリメーラデビューを飾った岡崎は、カディスとの昇格組対決で初ゴール&初勝利を目指す。格上ビジャレアルとの対戦では決定的な仕事こそなかったものの、前線での起点作りや積極的なゴール前の駆け引きで相手DFを出し抜きかける場面を作るなど、上々のパフォーマンスで1-1のドローに貢献。今節では引き続き前線をけん引する働きと共に、ゴールという目に見える結果を期待したい。

その他の試合ではハビ・グラシア、ペジェグリーニと経験豊富な新指揮官を迎え、開幕白星スタートとなったバレンシアと、ベティスの戦いにも注目したい。今夏、多くの主力が流出し、不穏な空気の中で開幕を迎えたバレンシアだが、レバンテとのダービーでは激しい打ち合いを、FWマヌ・バジェホのドブレーテの活躍などで4-2と勝ち切った。

一方のベティスはアラベスとの開幕戦で苦戦を強いられたものの、新守護神ブラーボの好守でピンチを凌ぐなど、粘り強い戦いを見せた中、後半アディショナルタイムにFWテージョが土壇場で決勝点を挙げる劇的な1-0の勝利を挙げ、今後に向けて勢いに乗れそうな勝ち方を見せている。

なお、CL、ヨーロッパリーグ(EL)決勝トーナメントに参加していたバルセロナ、アトレティコ・マドリー、セビージャの3チームが開幕節に続き、日程変更を許可されており、引き続き不在となる。

「美しいユニフォーム」「これは好き」ドルトムントが本拠地の50周年を祝った特別ユニフォームを発表! 喜ぶファンからは悲鳴も「何枚買わせるつもりだ」

「相手に恐怖を与える赤」ストイコビッチ監督率いるセルビアがユーロ用のユニフォームを発表!アウェイは「大会で最も優れたデザインの 1 つ」

「有刺鉄線?」珍しいストライプには困惑も?前回大会8強のスイスがユーロ用の新ユニフォームを発表

チェコ代表がユーロ用の新ユニフォームを発表!アウェイは史上最強と名高い2004年のデザインをイメージ
