▽ヴィッセル神戸は1日、元スペイン代表FWダビド・ビジャ(36)の完全移籍加入を正式発表した。

▽スペイン代表として歴代最多の59得点(98試合)を誇り、2008年のユーロや2010年のワールドカップ優勝に貢献したビジャは過去、バレンシアやバルセロナ、アトレティコ・マドリーなどリーガエスパニョーラの錚々たるクラブでプレー。その後、2014年のメルボルン・シティ加入を経て、2015年からニューヨーク・シティに加わり、メジャーリーグ・サッカー(MLS)通算124試合80得点を記録したが、今シーズン限りで退団した。

▽そのビジャは1日にノエビアスタジアム神戸で行われた明治安田生命J1リーグ最終節のベガルタ仙台戦を観戦。ハーフタイム中にピッチに降りてゴール裏のサポーターに挨拶に出向くなど、神戸で会長を務める三木谷浩史氏とともに新たなプレー先の勝利を見届けた。今夏に神戸入りした元スペイン代表MFアンドレス・イニエスタとは、代表やバルセロナで共演して以来の再会となる。
▽試合後の新選手加入記者会見に三木谷会長と共に出席したビジャは「本当にこのクラブに加われて嬉しく思う」とコメント。「クラブをより高みに導くために、今までのキャリアでずっとやってきたように最大限を尽す。今日、試合を観戦したが、もう既に高いレベルのプレーをしているクラブに自分がさらに貢献して、来シーズンに良い形で入っていきたい」と抱負を語った。

『DAZN』がラ・リーガの放映権を5年間延長! 2027-28シーズンまで配信決定

サガン鳥栖のスペイン人MFイサック・クエンカが、日本国内で移籍する可能性があるようだ。スペイン『アス』が報じた。 クエンカは、今シーズンから鳥栖へ加入。ここまで明治安田生命J1リーグで27試合に出場し、チーム2位となる6ゴールを記録している。 シーズン途中にはチームメイトであり同胞のフェルナンド・トーレスが現役を引退したものの、その後も中盤で高い技術を見せているクエンカ。一方で、鳥栖はシーズン残り2試合となった現在も残留争い真っ只中にいる。 そんなクエンカは、鳥栖との契約更新がある中で、他クラブからも興味を持たれている。それが、元スペイン代表MFアンドレス・イニエスタが所属するヴィッセル神戸だ。 神戸は、多くの外国人選手が所属している中、イニエスタ以外にもFWダビド・ビジャ、MFセルジ・サンペール、DFトーマス・フェルマーレンとバルセロナでプレーした経験のある選手が多く在籍。バルセロナ下部組織出身で、イニエスタともプレー経験があるクエンカが加入しても、チームにフィットするのに苦労はしないと見られる。 また、ビジャが今シーズン限りで現役を引退することも発表され、起用できる外国人枠が空くことになる。そのため、クエンカが入り込む余地があると考えられている。 AFCチャンピオンズリーグ(ACL)出場を目標に掲げ、イニエスタをはじめとする代表クラスの助っ人を集めた神戸。J1リーグでは残り2節で10位に位置しており、ACL出場権を獲得はできないものの、天皇杯では準決勝まで勝ち進んでおり、準決勝の清水エスパルス戦に勝利し、鹿島アントラーズvsV・ファーレン長崎の勝者に決勝で勝利すれば、目標のACL出場権を獲得できる。 ACL出場となれば、クエンカが神戸に移籍する可能性が高まるとし、再びイニエスタとチームメイトになることを選択するとしているが、果たしてどうなるのだろうか。 2019.11.29 11:40 Fri
