▽パルメイラスに所属する元ブラジル代表MFゼ・ロベルト(43)が25日、今シーズン限りでの現役引退を表明した。
▽ゼ・ロベルトは1994年にポルトゥゲーザでデビュー後、レアル・マドリーやフラメンゴ、レバークーゼン、バイエルン、サントス、ハンブルガーSVなど複数クラブでプレー。バイエルン時代には4度のブンデスリーガ制覇を経験するなど計10個のトロフィー獲得に貢献した。パルメイラスには2015年から加わり、今シーズンのここまでブラジル全国選手権14試合の出場をマークしている。
▽中盤複数ポジションだけでなく、左サイドバックとしても一級品のパフォーマンスを披露した“高品質の万能プレーヤー”は、代表キャリアにおいても1995年に行われた韓国代表との国際親善試合でブラジル代表デビュー。これまで代表通算84試合6ゴールを誇り、2006年のドイツ・ワールドカップ出場も果たしている。

「監督にはなりたくない」イブラヒモビッチ氏が将来に言及、未経験のドイツサッカーにも触れる「バイエルンでプレーするのも悪くなかった」
ミランのシニアアドバイザーを務めるズラタン・イブラヒモビッチ氏が、自身の今後や現役選手、ドイツサッカーについて語った。 2022-2023シーズン限りで現役を退いた元スウェーデン代表ストライカーのイブラヒモビッチ氏。2023年12月にシニアアドバイザーとしてミランに復帰し、補強にも携わっている。 そんななか、ドイツ『Sports Illustrated』のインタビューに応じたイブラヒモビッチ氏。自身の果たすべき役割は「リーダーとしての経験を活かし、彼ら(若手)を進むべき道へ導くことだ」と語った一方、今も監督になるつもりはないと明かした。 「まだ監督にはなりたくない。私にとってはあまりにも大変な仕事だからだ」 「非常に多くの分野をカバーし、アイデアと解決策を見つけ、試合の準備やフォローアップもし、指導しなければならない。昼夜を問わず働く。監督としての1年は、私にとって10年のように感じられるから、魅力的ではない」 また、マンチェスター・シティのノルウェー代表FWアーリング・ハーランドとの比較についても問われると、「多分ポニーテールだからだろう(笑)」と回答。自分は自分、ハーランドはハーランドだと主張した。 「選手同士を比較するのは好きではない。誰にでも自分の道があり、独自の物語を紡ぐからだ。私には私の時代があり、自分のやり方でプレーした。今の彼には彼なりの時代があり、彼なりのやり方でプレーしている」 「したがって、『新しいズラタン』は存在しない。私は自分のやり方を貫いたが、もう旬は過ぎてしまった。アーリング・ハーランドは素晴らしい選手だし、素晴らしい仕事をしている」 さらに、欧州5大リーグのなかで唯一経験しなかったドイツのサッカーにも言及。リスペクトを示した一方、挑戦するチャンスはなかったと述べている。 「ドイツのサッカーは素晴らしい。スタジアムがいつも満員だから大好きだ。クラブの歴史や選手のことを考えれば、バイエルン・ミュンヘンのようなクラブでプレーするのも決して悪くなかっただろう。私にとってバイエルンは世界5大クラブのうちの1つだ。ドイツサッカーとドイツ代表を本当に尊敬している」 「彼らは私と契約する余裕がなかったんだ(笑)。いや、正直に言うと、移籍する可能性は全くなかった。確かに良かっただろうけど、運命は私に別の計画を用意していた」 2024.12.06 22:01 Fri
