「最低ラインは越えた」シーズン後半戦躍動の堂安律、好調を維持していた要因は?

日本代表MF堂安律(フライブルク)が、今シーズンを振り返り、今回の戦いに意気込みを語った。 3日、2026年北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)アジア2次予選を戦う日本代表が活動をスタート。メディア公開されたトレーニングは、FC東京のDF長友佑都のみが別メニューで調整となった。 トレーニングは1時間半ほどして終了。ビルドアップの確認やミニゲームなどを行い、ミャンマー対策を行っていた。 トレーニング後のメディア取材に応じた堂安は今シーズンを振り返った。 「凄くアップダウンのあるシーズンでした。前半戦は非常に苦しんだシーズンでしたけど、アジアカップが終わって、自分としては活躍できたと思っていますし、数字もめちゃくちゃ良かったわけではないですが、最低ラインは越えたと思います」 堂安は今シーズンのブンデスリーガで30試合に出場し7ゴール4アシスト。ヨーロッパリーグ(EL)でも10試合で2ゴール3アシストを記録した。 アジアカップまでのシーズン前半戦は試合にこそ出場していたが1ゴール1アシストに。ただ、アジアカップ以降は14試合で6ゴール3アシストと気を吐いた。 結果が出た要因については「アジアカップの悔しさを晴らしたいというのが一番ですね」と語り、「所属チームで結果を出したいですし、アジアカップは人生で一番悔しい大会だったので、なんとか払拭してやろうと」と、悔しい結果に終わった戦いからのリバウンドメンタリティを見せられたことが結果につながったようだ。 今回はすでに突破を決めている中で、消化試合という見方もされている。一方で、9月から始まる最終予選に向けては最後に確認できる場。「アジアカップで引いた相手に自分たちが良くできなかったので、消化試合と言われますけど大事な試合なので、自分たちでやりたいことをベースにしっかりトライしたいと思います」と堂安はコメント。しっかりと、チームのブラッシュアップに使いたいとした。 また「緊張感を自分が先頭に立って出していければと思います」と語り、強い気持ちで臨むとした堂安。「ミドルシュートの質も1人1人上げることもそうですが、クロスやファイナルサードの質は上げていかなければいけないです」と、攻撃面で、より引いた相手を崩すシーンを作れるようにレベルアップが必要だとした。 前線からの守備についても森保一監督が強く求めている中、自身については「守備はブンデスリーガを見てくれている方は分かっていると思いますが、サボったつもりはないですし、間違いなく自分は世界基準でやれていると思います」とコメント。「森保さんは得点がなくても呼んでくれたり、使ってくれたりしているのは、そういう意図もあると思います。自分の中では特別なことではないので、しっかりやりたいです」と、チームが求めることもやり遂げていきたいとした。 <span class="paragraph-title">【写真】幸せたっぷり! 結婚発表の堂安律が妻と顔出し2ショット</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/C7tPBgCPVI9/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF; フランクフルトが2025-26シーズンからアディダスと契約! 10年続いたナイキとの契約は来季がラストに
