デュッセルドルフが公式ツイッターを更新。そこで偶然露わになった日本代表MF田中碧の肉体美に日本のファンが反応を寄せている。
田中と日本とドイツのハーフであるU-21ドイツ代表MFアペルカンプ真大が在籍するデュッセルドルフ。今シーズンはここまで3部との入れ替えプレーオフ圏内の16位に沈み、9日にはクリスチャン・プロイサー監督を解任するなど苦戦が続いている。
それでも、13日に行われたシャルケ戦ではリーグ6試合ぶりの白星を飾り、20日のエルツゲビルゲ・アウエ戦では連勝に期待がかかる中、デュッセルドルフの公式ツイッターが前回対戦時の写真を添えて対戦相手の情報を紹介した。
写真には相手選手と競り合う田中の写真が採用されていたのだが、相手にシャツを引っ張られたことで田中の腹筋が露わになる形に。また、左足の筋肉もハッキリ形が分かる。
日本のファンは、まず田中の筋肉に注目。「セクシーねぇ」、「すんごい腹筋だし足の筋肉やばい。はあ碧くんばりかっこいい」、「腹筋、凄い」、「アオくん、めちゃめちゃセクシー」、「やられた」と唐突なセクシーショットに思わずコメントを寄せていた。
直近のリーグ3試合は途中出場となっている田中。20日の試合では日本代表MFのプレーだけでなくその筋肉にも注目だ。

日本代表MF田中碧(デュッセルドルフ)とのツーショットが注目を浴びているようだ。
元バレーボール女子日本代表の大友愛さんが27日に自身のインスタグラムを更新。思わぬ場所で田中と顔を合わせたことを明かした。

大友さんは併せて田中との2ショットを公開。ファンからは「スゴーイ。てか、意外と身長高いのね」、「お似合いのカップルみたい」、「碧君も意外と身長あるんですね」、「ワンダーガールとワンダーボーイじゃん」などの声が上がった。なお、大友さんは184cm、田中も180cmと公表されている。
最後には「#モンスターパーカー 碧くんとおそろだそーですイェイ」と締めくくった大友さん。VリーグプレーヤーとしてのキャリアスタートであるNECレッドロケッツは、川崎市が本拠地であるなど、パーカー以外にも共通点を持っている。

かつてドイツのデュッセルドルフでプレーした2人が日本で再会した。
現在は日本代表MF田中碧、U-21日本代表DF内野貴史、U-21ドイツ代表MFアペルカンプ真大と3人の日本人選手が在籍する2.ブンデスリーガ(ドイツ2部)のデュッセルドルフ。過去にも多くの日本人が在籍しており、FW大前元紀(現京都サンガF.C.)やMF金城ジャスティン俊樹(現VONDS市原)、FW宇佐美貴史(現ガンバ大阪)、MF原口元気(現ウニオン・ベルリン)らがプレーした。
その中で、宇佐美とともに2017-18シーズンを一緒にプレーした金城と原口が日本で再会。金城が21日にインスタグラムを更新し、「元気くんとるりこさんに久々に会えました!楽しい時間をありがとうございました」と原口とその妻・るりこさん、そして金城と肩を寄せ合う女性の4ショットを投稿している。
原口とるりこさんからは、「おめでとうジャス」、「改めて、おめでとうございます幸せな気持ちになったなーありがとう」と祝福の言葉が贈られており、6月に結婚したばかりの金城をお祝いしていたようだ。
ともにプレーした期間はわずか半年ながら、異国の地で結ばれた絆は今も変わらないようだ。

デュッセルドルフの日本代表MF田中碧がフィットネス総合誌『Tarzan』の表紙を飾っている。
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)による中断とウインターブレイク後の公式戦3試合にフル出場している田中。チームは今一つの波に乗り切れていないものの、ダニエル・ティウネ監督からの信頼に変化はなく、中盤の主力としてプレーしている。
田中は、1月に自身のアカウントとは別にオフィシャルのインスタグラムのアカウントも開設。9日も更新し、同日に発売された『Tarzan』の表紙を飾ったことを報告。さらに誌面も一部公開している。
フィットネス誌らしい筋トレシーンとギャップある読書姿が公開されているが、ファンも「わ。わわ、かっこよ…」、「ギャップ萌えです」、「うっわ、、、、!!!!筋肉すっご!!!!!」、「ビジュエグいてーーー」と喜んでいる様子だ。

デュッセルドルフは13日、GKミヒャエル・レンジング(35)が今シーズン限りで退団することを発表した。
クラブの発表によると、先週からクラブ幹部とレンジングとの間で話し合いが持たれ、互いに合意した上での結果とのこと。2020年6月30日で契約が満了となる。
レンジングはドイツのリンゲンで生まれ、バイエルンの下部組織に加入。2003年7月にトップチームへと昇格した。バイエルンでは7シーズンを過ごすも、オリバー・カーンの控えとして過ごし、引退後に正守護神の座を掴むも、不安定なパフォーマンスの影響でベテランのハンス=イェルク・ブットにポジションを奪われ、2009-10シーズンを最後に退団する。
その後は、ケルン、レバークーゼンと渡り歩き、2013年7月にデュッセルドルフへと加入。正守護神としてプレーしてきたものの、今シーズンはアメリカ代表GKザック・ステッフェンやドイツ人GKフロリアン・カステンメイアーの前に出場機会がなかった。なお、デュッセルドルフではここまで公式戦137試合に出場している。
レンジングはクラブを通じて「夏に新たな挑戦をしたいと思う。僕は最高の状態で、やる気に溢れ、ピッチに立つことへの期待に満ち溢れている。僕はフォルトゥナで素晴らしい時間を過ごし、この旅を共にしてくれたみんな、特に唯一無二のファンに感謝します。みんなはいつも僕の心の中にいるでしょう」と感謝の気持ちを述べている。
