“世界で最もセクシーなサッカー選手”として知られ、ブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイスの恋人としても知られるスイス女子代表FWアリーシャ・レーマンが、男女格差を訴えた。
インスタグラムでは1700万人のフォロワーを誇り、インフルエンサーとしても人気を博している。
アストン・ビラでプレーしていたレーマンだったが、今シーズンからユベントスへと完全移籍。ドウグラス・ルイスもアストン・ビラからユベントスへと移籍しており、揃ってのイタリア行きとなった。
人気と実力を誇るレーマン。ただ、男女の格差をまざまざと感じたようで、イタリア『ラ・レプブリカ』のインタビューで語った。
「練習後、私はドウグラスとよく不公平だよねと話すわ」
「私たちは同じ仕事をしているけど、彼の収入は私の10万倍も多いの。平等になるという目標を達成するためには、かなりの時間がかかると思うわ」
報道によれば、ドウグラス・ルイスの移籍金は4200万ポンド(約77億9000万円)に対し、レーマンは4万2000ポンド(約780万円)。1000倍の差があり、サラリーになればより差が開いている状況だ。
これまでも多くの場面で男女の格差を訴える声が出ており、代表チームによっては賃金の平等化や待遇の均衡化が進んでいる。ただ、まだだまだその差が狭まる可能性は低くレーマン自身も「これは私が女性であるために影響を受けていること」と語った。
多くの女子プレーヤーが抱える不満でもある中、同じチーム間で移籍もあり、より格差を感じることに。2人の仲に影響を与えないことを祈るばかりだ。

カップルでユベントスへと移籍した2人だが、破局を迎えたという。イタリア『ガゼッタ・デッロ・スポルト』が伝えた。
破局したと報じられているのは、ユベントスのブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイスとスイス女子代表FWアリーシャ・レーマンのカップル。2人は2024年夏に揃ってアストン・ビラからユベントスへと完全移籍し、イタリアでのプレーに挑戦した。
ドウグラス・ルイスは総額5150万ユーロ(約83億6000万円)の移籍金でユベントスに加入したものの、負傷などもありイタリアサッカーへの適応に時間を要することに。セリエAでは16試合に出場しているものの、チアゴ・モッタ監督が退任し、イゴール・トゥドール監督が就任してからはさらに居場所がなくなってしまった。
クラブの信頼も薄れている中で、ドウグラス・ルイスは自身のインスタグラムを更新。自身が置かれている状況に不満を示しつつも、クラブに忠誠を誓うとした。
「写真を撮るためだけに来たのではない。誰もそうしなかった。何かを変えたい。目的を持って来た。契約する際は自分の心の声に従った」
「さて、答えてほしい。なぜ僕のような新人がこのシャツを着て2試合連続でプレーしなかったのか?」
「後でマスコミに何を言ってもいい。『ドウグラスは調子が悪い』と。僕が調子が悪いって?プレシーズン中は全部プレーしたし、全試合に出場していた」
「キャリア最高のシーズンを終え、プレミアリーグでも屈指の守備的ミッドフィルダーとして活躍していた。確かに、ケガでプレーが制限されたのは事実だ」
「でも、調子が良かった時にどれくらいベンチに座っていたかって?かなり長いよ。今回のケガは普通じゃなかった。ケガをしやすい体質ではなかったけど、原因は色々考えられる。それについてはコメントしたくない。時には辛いこともあるけど、このクラブのために全力を尽くし続ける。簡単じゃないけど、頼ってほしい」
ただ、問題となっている報道が出たのは、移籍の話があるからではない。ユベントス・フェンミニーレはセリエAフェミニーレを戦っており、チームは見事に優勝。しかし、その試合をドウグラス・ルイスは観戦しておらず、同じチームの彼女の優勝を祝うこともなかったようだ。
ユベントスから1年で退団すると見られているドウグラス・ルイスだが、世界で最も美しいサッカー選手と称されるレーマンは現在の環境に満足しており、プレーを続けていく予定。その前に、2人の関係が終わってしまったのかもしれない。

ニースのフランス代表MFケフラン・テュラム(23)にユベントス移籍の可能性だ。
チアゴ・モッタ新監督のもと、来季を戦うユベントス。中盤ではアストン・ビラからブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイスの獲得に迫るが、イタリア『スカイ』によると、さらなるターゲットにも動き出しているという。
その選手がテュラムで、父はユベントスOBのリリアン・テュラム氏。兄はインテルのフランス代表FWマルクス・テュラムだ。ユベントスは興味を寄せ、ニースにコンタクトを取ったようだ。
また、移籍市場に精通するイタリア人記者のファブリツィオ・ロマーノ氏によると、テュラムはユベントスが数カ月前から関心を抱く選手。テュラムもそれを知り、ニースとの新契約にサインするつもりがないそうだ。
ユベントス内でフランス代表FWアドリアン・ラビオの去就に関係なく、獲得候補に挙がるというテュラムは190cmオーバーのサイズを誇る中盤で、パリ・オリンピックに向けた候補メンバーの1人。ニースとの契約は来季までだ。
実現すれば、親子二代でユベントス入りに。ユベントスも本腰のようだが、果たして。

イタリア『コリエレ・デッロ・スポルト』によると、ユベントス内部には「3つの緊張」があるという。
ユベントスは今夏、ブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイス(26)、フランス代表MFケフラン・テュラム(23)、イタリア人GKミケーレ・ディ・グレゴリオ(26)などといった即戦力を獲得。
しかし、昨季中から「今夏の目玉」と言われてきたアタランタのオランダ代表MFトゥン・コープマイネルス(26)獲得には至らず。実現にはU-23アルゼンチン代表FWマティアス・スーレ(20)の売却による収益が必要だという。
そんななか、ディ・グレゴリオの加入に伴い、守護神の座を明け渡すことになるとされるのが、チームリーダーの1人でもあるポーランド代表GKヴォイチェフ・シュチェスニー(34)。
世代交代を図るユーベが根気強く続けてきたアル・ナスルへのシュチェスニー売却交渉は破談し、一時は不本意ながらも退団を覚悟していた選手本人が、破談により再び残留の意志を固くしているとされる。
また、昨季後半戦でローマへ武者修行していたU-21スペイン代表DFディーン・ハイセン(19)が、ユーベに対して失望しているとのこと。
昨季途中に下部組織から昇格し、ローマでの経験を経た今夏の本格的なトップチーム入りを期待していたそうだが、早々と移籍リストに入れられたことに呆れ、今やビッグクラブ移籍で気持ちが決まっているという。
また、古参の元イタリア代表DFマッティア・デ・シリオ(31)は、ドイツでのプレシーズン遠征メンバーから外されたことに失望。状況からして構想外なのは明白だが、こちらはモンツァへの移籍が濃厚とみられている。
残留ひいては「ユーベで引退」の意志が強いシュチェスニー、退団に傾くハイセンとデ・シリオ。ユベントスにとってとりわけ難しそうなのは、シュチェスニーへの対応か。
