ヴィッセル神戸とのパートナーシップ締結したアストン・ビラ。イギリス『GIVEMESPORT』が、これによる補強候補として3人の日本人選手を特集した。
19日、神戸とアストン・ビラは戦略的パートナーシップで合意。選手の育成や海外移籍支援、指導者養成や人材交流などを目的とした契約となることが発表された。
プレミアリーグでは日本代表MF三笘薫(ブライトン&ホーヴ・アルビオン)、DF冨安健洋(アーセナル)、MF遠藤航(リバプール)の3名が現在プレーしており、2021-22シーズンまではMF南野拓実(モナコ)もリバプールでプレーしていた。
イングランド以外でもJリーグ出身の日本人選手の活躍が目立ち始めた昨今。さらに、今季からトッテナムを指揮するアンジェ・ポステコグルー監督は横浜F・マリノスでタイトルを獲得し、セルティックでは国内3冠を達成するなど結果を残してやってきている。
『GIVEMESPORT』はアストン・ビラが今回のパートナーシップ締結により、Jリーグから恩恵を受ける可能性を指摘。今後ターゲットになりそうな選手を3名ピックアップした。

『GIVEMESPORT』は「22歳の彼は、オリー・ワトキンスに次ぐナンバー2の座を争うため、ジョン・デュランと並んでバックアップのオプションとして投入される強力なオプションになる可能性がある」とし、「この若い日本人フォワードの才能は非常に高く、スターティングチームに入るために戦うことアセできるかもしれない。彼のスピードとゴール前で冷静さを保つ能力は、ワトキンスに似ており、とても優れた知的な動きは彼の後ろでチャンスを作ろうとする中盤の選手にとっては夢のようだ」と評価した。
さらに「必要とされる移籍金はおそらく非常にわずかなものになるだろうが、アストン・ビラのようなクラブにとっては、たとえ彼が移籍して自分自身を十分に評価したとしても、彼の再販価値は将来的にははるかに高くなる可能性があるため、この取引で考慮すべき重要な点となるだろう」と、細谷のその後のステップアップで得られる利益もあると考えられるとした。

2人目は、こちらもパリ五輪世代のU-22日本代表でプレーする松木。青森山田高校時代からその名は全国的に知られ、高卒ルーキーとして1年目からレギュラーに定着。プロ3年目を迎えている選手だ。
『GIVEMESPORT』は「非常に有望なミッドフィルダーであり、Jリーグから来る次のスターの1人になる可能性がある」と評価。アストン・ビラの中盤の充実を示し、22歳のMFジェイコブ・ラムジーの成長を松木が加速させる可能性を指摘。「クラブがもう1人才能ある若いミッドフィルダーを擁し、パートナーシップとして共に成長することで恩恵を受ける可能性がある。20歳の松木はすでに国内の同部門のトップ選手の1人とみなされており、その男になる可能性がある」と、評価している。
また、松木のプレースタイルについて「エネルギッシュなパフォーマンスでパーク中央から試合のテンポをコントロールすることを好み、これは現在のアストン・ヴィラ監督が採用しようとしているサッカーのブランドにも適合するだろう」と、ウナイ・エメリ監督のサッカーに適するとしている。

そして最後は、パートナーシップを締結した神戸の佐々木だ。24歳の佐々木は神戸の育成出身。ブラジルのSEパウメイラスへの武者修行を経て、神戸に戻り、出番を増やしている。
優勝を争う今季は主軸の1人としてリーグ戦29試合に出場し7ゴールを記録。後半戦はスタメンに定着も果たしている。
『GIVEMESPORT』は首位に立つ神戸の原動力の1人とし、「佐々木はファーストタッチが素晴らしく、ハーフターンも上手で、とても楽そうに見えて習得が難しいスキル」と技術面を高く評価している。
また「常に直接的でボックス内に侵入しようとしているが、それはエメリ監督の下でマッギンとルイスの両方の特徴となっている」と、現在チームに所属するジョン・マッギンとドウグラス・ルイスと似ているとし「どの位置に収まるかというビジョンはますます明確になっている」と、プレースタイルとして起用するポジションが想像しやすいとした。
さらにパートナーシップが影響するとも指摘。「巨額の移籍金はかからない」とし、「ヴィッセル神戸との新たな関係により、契約の完了もより容易になるだろう」と獲得も容易だろうと見解を示した。
いずれの選手も具体的な話があるわけではないが、多くの日本人選手の活躍を受けてヨーロッパのスカウト陣が目を向けているJリーグ。エメリ監督はビジャレアル時代に日本代表MF久保建英(レアル・ソシエダ)を指導したこともあり、日本人への理解も一定はありそう。いずれにせよ、若手選手にはアストン・ビラのみならず、多くのチャンスが転がっていそうだ。

ユベントス・フェンミニーレは6日、アストン・ビラからスイス女子代表FWアリーシャ・レーマン(25)を完全移籍で獲得したことを発表した。
契約期間は2027年6月30日までとなる。
スイス出身のレーマンはヤング・ボーイズなどでプレーしたのち、FA女子スーパーリーグ(FAWSL)のウェストハムに加入。エバートン、バーミンガム・シティでもプレーし、アストン・ビラに加入した。
アストン・ビラでは3シーズンを過ごし、2023-24シーズンはケガの影響もありながら、17試合で3ゴールを記録していた。
FAWSLでは19ゴール10アシストを記録したレーマンは、スイス女子代表としても52試合に出場する実力者だ。
その一方で、その美貌から世界で最もセクシーなフットボーラーとしても人気を博し、インスタグラムのフォロワー数は1672万人と驚異的な人気を誇っている。
また、今夏アストン・ビラから加入したブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイスとは恋人関係にあり、コパ・アメリカをアメリカまで応援しに行っていたほどだ。

カップルでユベントスへと移籍した2人だが、破局を迎えたという。イタリア『ガゼッタ・デッロ・スポルト』が伝えた。
破局したと報じられているのは、ユベントスのブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイスとスイス女子代表FWアリーシャ・レーマンのカップル。2人は2024年夏に揃ってアストン・ビラからユベントスへと完全移籍し、イタリアでのプレーに挑戦した。
ドウグラス・ルイスは総額5150万ユーロ(約83億6000万円)の移籍金でユベントスに加入したものの、負傷などもありイタリアサッカーへの適応に時間を要することに。セリエAでは16試合に出場しているものの、チアゴ・モッタ監督が退任し、イゴール・トゥドール監督が就任してからはさらに居場所がなくなってしまった。
クラブの信頼も薄れている中で、ドウグラス・ルイスは自身のインスタグラムを更新。自身が置かれている状況に不満を示しつつも、クラブに忠誠を誓うとした。
「写真を撮るためだけに来たのではない。誰もそうしなかった。何かを変えたい。目的を持って来た。契約する際は自分の心の声に従った」
「さて、答えてほしい。なぜ僕のような新人がこのシャツを着て2試合連続でプレーしなかったのか?」
「後でマスコミに何を言ってもいい。『ドウグラスは調子が悪い』と。僕が調子が悪いって?プレシーズン中は全部プレーしたし、全試合に出場していた」
「キャリア最高のシーズンを終え、プレミアリーグでも屈指の守備的ミッドフィルダーとして活躍していた。確かに、ケガでプレーが制限されたのは事実だ」
「でも、調子が良かった時にどれくらいベンチに座っていたかって?かなり長いよ。今回のケガは普通じゃなかった。ケガをしやすい体質ではなかったけど、原因は色々考えられる。それについてはコメントしたくない。時には辛いこともあるけど、このクラブのために全力を尽くし続ける。簡単じゃないけど、頼ってほしい」
ただ、問題となっている報道が出たのは、移籍の話があるからではない。ユベントス・フェンミニーレはセリエAフェミニーレを戦っており、チームは見事に優勝。しかし、その試合をドウグラス・ルイスは観戦しておらず、同じチームの彼女の優勝を祝うこともなかったようだ。
ユベントスから1年で退団すると見られているドウグラス・ルイスだが、世界で最も美しいサッカー選手と称されるレーマンは現在の環境に満足しており、プレーを続けていく予定。その前に、2人の関係が終わってしまったのかもしれない。

“世界で最もセクシーなサッカー選手”として知られ、ブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイスの恋人としても知られるスイス女子代表FWアリーシャ・レーマンが、男女格差を訴えた。
インスタグラムでは1700万人のフォロワーを誇り、インフルエンサーとしても人気を博している。
アストン・ビラでプレーしていたレーマンだったが、今シーズンからユベントスへと完全移籍。ドウグラス・ルイスもアストン・ビラからユベントスへと移籍しており、揃ってのイタリア行きとなった。
人気と実力を誇るレーマン。ただ、男女の格差をまざまざと感じたようで、イタリア『ラ・レプブリカ』のインタビューで語った。
「練習後、私はドウグラスとよく不公平だよねと話すわ」
「私たちは同じ仕事をしているけど、彼の収入は私の10万倍も多いの。平等になるという目標を達成するためには、かなりの時間がかかると思うわ」
報道によれば、ドウグラス・ルイスの移籍金は4200万ポンド(約77億9000万円)に対し、レーマンは4万2000ポンド(約780万円)。1000倍の差があり、サラリーになればより差が開いている状況だ。
これまでも多くの場面で男女の格差を訴える声が出ており、代表チームによっては賃金の平等化や待遇の均衡化が進んでいる。ただ、まだだまだその差が狭まる可能性は低くレーマン自身も「これは私が女性であるために影響を受けていること」と語った。
多くの女子プレーヤーが抱える不満でもある中、同じチーム間で移籍もあり、より格差を感じることに。2人の仲に影響を与えないことを祈るばかりだ。
