ブラジルのレジェンドDFカフー氏の借金が約3億円に…7億円の豪邸が競売にかけられる

元ブラジル代表DFのカフー氏の邸宅が競売にかけられたようだ。ブラジル『UOL』が伝えている。

現役時代には豊富な運動力に加え、果敢なオーバーラップを武器にローマやミランなどで活躍したカフー氏。ブラジル代表としても、優勝した2002年の日韓・ワールドカップでキャプテンを務めるなど、ブラジル代表歴代最多出場記録となる通算142試合に出場しているレジェンドだ。

だが、現在のカフー氏は現在950万レアル(約2億8000万円)の借金を抱えており、所有している豪邸を2500万レアル(約7億4000万円)で売ることを強いられるようだ。

引退後に「カピ・ペンタ」という会社を設立したカフー氏。だが、その業績が悪化すると、2018年2月に債権回収のための訴訟を起こされ、いくつもの不動産を差し押さえられていた。

その際カフー氏は、今回競売にかけられた邸宅については、家族の資産であり法律により押収されることはないと主張。借金の支払いは他の財産によって保証されると主張していた。

だが、サンパウロ裁判所がカフー氏の主張を受け入れることはなく、豪邸は強制的に競売にかけられることとなったようだ。

そのカフー氏の邸宅については、一度は約2740万レアル(約8億1000万円)の入札があったというが、評価額が4,000万レアル(約11億8000万円)に上がったことで改めて競売が行われることになった。

だが、11月末に行われた仕切り直しの競売で入札者はおらず。その後の2回目の競売は14日に終了し、最終的に2,500万レアル(約7億4000万円)という金額に落ち着いたようだ。

『UOL』によると、この売却が判事によって承認された場合、買い手は625万レアル(約1億8000万円)を頭金として支払い、残金が15回の分割払いによって支払われるという。

カカがブラジル代表に入閣? 恩師アンチェロッティが指揮官就任の来年6月から

3度のW杯制覇にルール変更、誰もが知る「サッカーの王様」ペレの偉業

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン
