体脂肪率の低さが一目でわかる!レヴァンドフスキの『岩のような体』に英紙も驚嘆「バルセロナのスターが狂気の体を披露する」

バルセロナのポーランド代表FWロベルト・レヴァンドフスキの肉体美がファンを驚かせている。

今季、バイエルンでの輝かしいキャリアに区切りをつけ、バルセロナに活躍の場を移したレヴァンドフスキ。初挑戦のスペインでもラ・リーガの得点ランキングトップを走るなど、さすがの活躍ぶりが光る。

ベテランと言われる34歳という年齢になっても一線級のストライカーとして君臨するレヴァンドフスキだが、その裏にはたゆまぬ努力があるようだ。

レヴァンドフスキは30日に自身のインスタグラムを更新。上半身裸でウェイトトレーニングする自身の姿をアップした。

その体は明らかに体脂肪率が低いのが分かるほど絞れており、筋肉の凹凸がハッキリと見える。下半身だけでなく上半身の腕や肩、胸筋も発達しており、腹筋も割れて見える。

イギリス『サン』もレヴァンドフスキのその姿を「『ロボコップ』ロベルト・レヴァンドフスキ、『岩のような体』を持つ『マシン』の烙印を押される!バルセロナのスターが狂気の体格を披露する」と派手に伝えている。

なお、『サン』によると、レヴァンドフスキはトレーニングだけでなく食生活にもこだわっており、「デザートを最初に食べる」ほか、「乳糖と小麦粉は避ける」、「パンケーキ、ブラウニー、野菜のスパゲティ、お粥や雑穀米。魚も好んで食べる」といった決まりがあるようだ。

鹿島がJFA審判委員会へ抗議文提出「選手名が特定されていることをクラブとして問題視」、試合後に既に本人へ厳重注意

鹿島アントラーズは3日、日本サッカー協会(JFA)の審判委員会に対して抗議文を提出したことを発表した。事の発端は、2日に行われたレフェリーブリーフィングでの審判委員会のコメントだ。レフェリーブリーフィングではJリーグで発生した事象についての解説などが行われた中、5月14日に行われた明治安田生命J1リーグ第13節の鹿島アントラーズvs名古屋グランパスの試合のシーンも取り上げられた。取り上げられたシーンは、鹿島の先制ゴールが取り消されたシーン。CKの場面でFW鈴木優磨がゴールを決めるも、CKの直前にファウルがあったとしてVARチェックの結果、ゴールは取り消し。再度CKとしてスタートしていた。ただ、このシーンとは別に、その後に先制ゴールを決めた際に、主審を威嚇するようなパフォーマンスを見せたことに対して質問が及ぶと、この行為について「あってはならない行為」と審判委員会がコメント。「特定の選手について言うつもりはない」としていたが、このような行為は良くないとし、フィールド上で審判が対応すべきことだと言及されていた。確かに、よろしくない行動ではあり、鹿島も「クラブからは試合後に本人へ厳重注意を行いました」としているが、公式戦前のタイミングで審判委員会から指摘されたことで「選手への批判が集まっている」とし、抗議文を提出したとした。「抗議文は、6月2日(金)にJFA審判委員会が実施したレフェリーブリーフィングにおいて、弊クラブ所属の選手名を特定する形で発出されたコメントに対するものです。同委員会のコメントは、5月14日(日)の2023明治安田生命J1リーグ第13節名古屋グランパス戦における当該選手の行為について言及されたもので、複数の報道機関やメディアを通じて拡散され、ウェブ媒体やSNSなどで同選手への批判が集まる状況となっております」「当該選手の行為について、クラブからは試合後に本人へ厳重注意を行いました。一方、試合日から本日に至るまで、同委員会からクラブならびに選手への注意などは受けておりません。それにも関わらず、公式戦直前のタイミングでレフェリーブリーフィングでコメントが発出されたこと、同ブリーフィングにおける各種コメントにおいて審判員が特定される表現や発言が避けられている中で、当該選手の行為については選手名が特定されていることをクラブとして問題視し、同様の事象発生を防ぐためにも、正式に抗議いたしました」「クラブでは今後もフェアプレーの精神を持ち、審判団とより良い関係を構築しながら、日本サッカー界の発展に貢献していくよう努めてまいります」 2023.06.03 21:15 Sat
