契約満了迫るも、ラビオはユベントスでの充実強調「ここで幸せだ」

ユベントスのフランス代表MFアドリアン・ラビオ(27)が、自身の去就について言及した。

2019年7月にパリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)から加入して以来、チームの主力としてプレーするラビオ。今シーズンも公式戦31試合に出場しており、12日に行われたセリエA第26節のサンプドリア戦では2ゴールを決め、チームを勝利に導く活躍を見せた。

一方で、ラビオとユベントスの契約は今夏までとなり、延長に向けた交渉も停滞。フランス代表MFにはマンチェスター・ユナイテッドをはじめ多くのビッグクラブが関心を寄せており、去就は不透明な状況だ。

しかし、サンプドリア戦後に『DAZN』のインタビューに応じたラビオは、ユベントスでプレーする充実感を強調。去就については何も決めていないとしつつ、残留の可能性があることも示唆している。

「今のところ、去就については何も考えていないよ。ここでチームを助けられるのは嬉しいし、それ以外については後で考えれば良いと思っている。僕は今、ここで幸せなんだ。このスタジアムでたくさんのゴールを決めているし、これからもっと得点できると思っている」

また、ラビオは4-2のスコアとなったサンプドリア戦のチームパフォーマンスにも言及。点の取り合いになったことに触れ、もっと集中する必要があると課題を口にした。

「ある瞬間には、全員が責任を持ち、ステップアップする必要がある。(自身の決めた2ゴールは)チームに勝利をもたらす本当に重要なゴールだった」

「僕たちは試合をうまくスタートさせたけど、絶対に許してはならない2失点を喫してしまった。これはメンタリティの問題だと思う。試合中は、もっと集中するように努力しなければならない。雑念があったからこそ、2点も許してしまったんだ」
