【プリメイラ・リーガ日本人選手】守田フル出場のスポルティングCPがリーグ戦3連勝!

2022-23シーズンのプリメイラ・リーガ第19節が週末に行われた。

今シーズンのプリメイラ・リーガでは、スポルティングCPへ移籍したMF守田英正やジル・ヴィセンテで飛躍を遂げたMF藤本寛也らに加え、昨夏にはヴィトーリア・ギマランエスにDF小川諒也、ボアヴィスタにMF渡井理己、カーザ・ピアにFW邦本宜裕と新たに3人が参戦。また、今冬にはサンタ・クララにMF三竿健斗、カーザ・ピアにMF相馬勇紀が加入している。

前節2ゴールを挙げた守田が先発したスポルティングは、アウェイで13位のリオ・アヴェと対戦。立ち上がりから主導権を握るスポルティングCPは23分、ヌーノ・サントスの左クロスのこぼれ球に反応した守田がボックスの外からダイレクトシュートを放ったが、これはわずかにゴール右に外れた。

ゴールレスで迎えた後半も膠着状態が続く中、スポルティングCPは65分に敵陣でのボール奪取からショートカウンターを仕掛けると、右サイドからカットインしたゴンサウヴェスがミドルシュートでゴールを脅かしたが、これはクロスバーに嫌われた。

その後は互いに選手を入れ替えながらゴールを目指すが、拮抗した展開が続く。それでもスポルティングCPは84分、中盤からボールを持ち上がったイナシオが鋭い斜めのパスをボックス手前に送ると、これを収めたシェルミティがゴール左隅へシュートを流し込んだ。

結局、これが決勝点となり、スポルティングCPがリーグ戦3連勝を飾った。

「良い試合をした」守田英正の同僚、ウルグアイ代表MFが日本代表を称える「テクニックもショートパスもとても優れている」
