来季WEリーグカップのGS組み合わせが決定!今季優勝の浦和LはA組、I神戸と東京NBはB組に同居

WEリーグは2日、来季開催される2023-24 WEリーグカップのオープンドローを実施。グループステージ組み合わせが決定した。

来季のリーグ戦開幕に先立って8月下旬に開催される2023-24 WEリーグカップ。既存のWEリーグ所属11クラブに加え、来季からWEリーグ参加が決定しているセレッソ大阪堺レディースを加えた全12チームが参加する。

グループステージでは12チームがA、Bの各組6チームに分かれて1回戦総当たりのリーグ戦を実施。それぞれの首位チームが決勝戦に進出する。

第1回大会となった今年度は2022年10月1日に決勝が行われ、三菱重工浦和レッズレディースがPK戦の末に日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザを下し、初代カップ戦女王の座についている。

抽選の結果、連覇を狙う浦和LはグループAに。新勢力のC大阪堺らと同居した。

対抗の有力候補、昨季のリーグ戦覇者であるINAC神戸レオネッサと、1月に皇后杯を制した日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザはグループBで同居した。

浦和、2選手の早稲田大特別選抜入試合格を発表 1人は横浜FM角田涼太郎の妹
