新シーズンを前に放送局の問題を抱えるリーグ・アン(フランス1部)で8クラブが破産宣告の危機を迎えているようだ。フランス『レキップ』が報じている。 2024-25シーズンのリーグ・アンは8月16日に開幕予定だが、その1カ月前の段階で新たな放送局の合意が得られてない。 フランスプロサッカー機構(LFP)のヴァンサン・ラブリュン会長は、以前からコロナ禍前の年間10億ユーロ(約1740億円)と言われる放映権収入に固執し、2025年から2029年までの5年間の放映権の入札を実施。だが、昨年10月の段階でその金額を支払う企業は現れず、ここまで放送局なしという異例の状況が続いている。 その後、『DAZN』と『beIN Sports』が交渉相手として報じられたが、現時点でいずれとも合意に至っていない。 これを受け、LFPは『Bouygues』、『SFR』、『Orange』と共同で新たなテレビチャンネルを創設するという選択肢も検討中。 また、さすがにこのままでは拙いと判断したLFPは当初の年間10億ユーロから半額程度に放映権料を減額した模様だが、交渉は平行線を辿っているようだ。 そういったなか、DNCG(フランスリーグに所属するクラブの財務状況を監視する全国経営監査委員会)による厳格な財務管理が実施されている同リーグでは、仮にこのまま放映権収入を得られない場合、8クラブが破産宣告の危機に陥る可能性が出ているという。 『レキップ』によると、その8クラブは、3位躍進でチャンピオンズリーグ出場権を得たスタッド・ブレスト、伊東純也と中村敬斗が在籍するスタッド・ランス、オナイウ阿道が在籍する昇格組オセール、RCランス、モンペリエ、アンジェ、ナント、ル・アーヴルだという。 今後、LFPと放送局の間で何らかの解決策が見つかるとは思われるが、ネイマールやリオネル・メッシ、キリアン・ムバッペらパリ・サンジェルマンのスーパースターの相次ぐ流出によってリーグとしての価値が下がり始めているなか、リーグ・アンとしては抜本的な改革や競争力を高める必要がある。 2024.07.09 00:07 Tue

通行人を銃撃したトゥールーズの2選手が解雇へ…エドゥアールはPSGに復帰か

フランスの国務院がリヨンの訴えを棄却…アミアンとトゥールズの降格処分は一時停止に
フランスの国務院(最高行政裁判所)は9日、2019-20シーズンのリーグ・アン打ち切りを巡ってリヨン、アミアン、トゥールーズの起こした訴訟の判決を言い渡した。 フランス・プロリーグ機構(LFP)は4月30日、フランス政府の意向を受け入れる形で、今シーズンのリーグ・アンとリーグ・ドゥ(フランス2部)を終了することを決定した。 だが、1試合あたりの平均勝ち点で算出された最終順位の決定に関しては、10節を残していたこともあり、戦わずして降格が決定した19位のアミアン、最下位のトゥールーズ、来シーズンのヨーロッパコンペティション出場圏外の7位となったリヨンの3クラブが不服として訴訟を開始した。 しかし、パリの行政裁判所は5月22日に、今回のケースがフランス国家が関与する問題を含んでいることを理由に訴えを棄却。これ受けて、3クラブは行政裁判の最高裁に当たる国務院に上訴していた。 そして9日、国務院はリーグ終了の決定に関しては重大な疑いはなかったとし、リヨンの訴えを棄却。その一方、アミアンとトゥールーズに関しては、降格処分を一時停止とし、2020-21シーズンに2クラブを加えた新たなリーグ形式を採用できないかフランスサッカー連盟(FFF)と共に再検討するようにLFPに命じた。なお、降格に関する再検討は6月30日までに行われるとのことだ。 2020.06.10 01:01 Wed
