元イタリア代表FWのアントニオ・カッサーノ氏がセルビア代表FWドゥシャン・ヴラホビッチのユベントス移籍に否定的な見解を示した。イタリア『トゥットメルカート』が伝えている。

ユベントスは28日、フィオレンティーナからヴラホビッチの獲得を発表。当初はアーセナルやマンチェスター・ユナイテッドといったクラブへの移籍が取り沙汰されていた絶対的エースの国内ライバルへの引き抜きは世界中に大きな衝撃を与えた。

そうした中、イタリア代表のレジェンドであり、引退後はイタリアサッカー界のご意見番としてのポジションを確立しつつあるカッサーノ氏もこのビッグディールに反応。ヴラホビッチが移籍先としてユベントスを選択したことが間違いであると主張した。

「ヴラホビッチの選択は正しかったか? 私の意見としてはこの移籍は大きな間違いだ。私が思うに、彼のようなタイプの選手は、例えばアーセナルやトッテナム、あるいは(アントニー・)マルシャルを獲得したセビージャのようなチームで中間のステップを踏むことが必要だっただろう」

「ヴラホヴィッチは素晴らしい選手になれるが、フィオレンティーナで見せた以上のものを見せなければならないので、この移籍はリスクの高いステップとなるだろう」

「ユーベの今季のプレーがひどいこともあり、彼には困難が伴うだろう。加えて、ユーベの環境とも相性が悪いと思う。これは私の考えだ。要するに、この取引はユーベにとっても選手にとってもリスクの高い投資だと思う」

ユベントスがジープ社と再契約、総額114億円の支援
