イングランド
W杯前の強化マッチ6試合でわずか2失点と安定した守備⼒とブレイク中のFW ハリー・ケイン、そしてそれを⽀える中盤の選⼿達のバランスが絶妙なので今年も優勝を狙えるチームだと思います。

──思い出のワールドカップは? また、その理由は
2006年ドイツW杯
当時小学4年生だった僕はW杯出場選手名鑑を買って必死に全チームの主力選手や名前を覚えていました。僕が大好きな中田英寿選手の引退試合だった日本対ブラジル戦もこのドイツ大会だったので印象に残っています。

──今、いちばん注⽬している選⼿は?
スペイン代表:アンドレス・イニエスタ
日本に来てどんなサッカーをしてくれるのか、純粋に楽しみです。
もちろん今回のW杯でもスペインの司令塔として活躍してくれることを期待しています。

──サッカーを観戦するうえでのこだわりは?
テレビの前でも応援するチームのユニフォームを着て観戦してます。

──観戦はひとり派? それともみんなでワイワイ派?
ワイワイしてるほうが一つひとつのプレーに一喜一憂できて好きですね。

──記憶に残っている試合(W杯にかかわらず)は?
ユベントス対 FC東京(2005年6月7日)
初めてサッカー観戦しにスタジアムに足を運んだ試合です。生のデル・ピエロはカッコ良くて興奮しました。

メッシやイニエスタら輩出の“ラ・マシア”、122年の歴史で初めて女性選手が入寮

北中米W杯の欧州予選組み合わせ決定! 12カ国+POの4カ国が出場権獲得、来年3月からスタート【2026年北中米W杯欧州予選】
