ユベントスユース出身のマルキジオ氏は、2006年にファーストチームデビューを果たすと、2018年夏に退団するまで公式戦389試合に出場し、37ゴールを決めている。
中盤の汗かき役として安定感抜群のパフォーマンスを見せていたマルキジオは、前線のスペースへの飛び出しも得意としていた。2009年1月24日に行われた、セリエA第20節のフィオレンティーナ戦では、この持ち味を活かした記念すべきユベントス初ゴールを決めている。

ディバラが空き巣被害に、チームのロシア遠征中を狙っての犯行か
