シーズンの半分が終了し、ウインターブレイク中のセリエA。イタリア『Italpress』によると、セリエA全20クラブの指揮官のうち、1名だけがユベントスの優勝を予想しなかったことがわかった。

2011-12シーズンから、無類の強さでセリエA7連覇中のユベントス。今シーズンもここまで17勝2分家と無敗の勝ち点53で首位を走っている。

『Italpress』によると、20クラブの指揮官のうち、トリノのワルテル・マッツァーリ監督からは返答がなかったものの、残りの19クラブの指揮官からは返答。そのうち18名は、5月にユベントスがスクデットを獲得するだろうと予想した。

そしてユベントスの優勝を予想しなかった1人は、アタランタのジャン・ピエロ・ガスペリーニ監督だ。

ユベントスの優勝を予想しなかったガスペリーニ監督が率いるアタランタは現在8位。その理由は明らかにされていないが、12月26日の第18節でユベントスと対戦し、2-2のドロー。終盤までリードをしていたことも影響しているのかもしれない。

なお、ガスペリーニ監督が優勝を予想したのは、カルロ・アンチェロッティ監督が率いるナポリ。ナポリは2位につけているものの、ユベントスを勝ち点差「9」で追っており、逆転優勝は難しい状況に立たされている。ちなみに、アタランタは12月3日に2-1で敗れている。

3位のインテルは勝ち点39で、さらに離れている状況であり、優勝争いはユベントスが頭1つ抜けている状況。ナポリがなんとか粘っているという状況だが、ガスペリーニ監督の予想は当たるのだろうか。
