試合はユナイテッドのミスからラストプレーでヤング・ボーイズが決勝ゴールを挙げるという劇的な展開となり、ユナイテッドの選手たちは意気消沈でロッカールームへと戻ろうとしていた。
その時、ディルアラさんはフェンスを飛び越えてピッチに侵入すると、猛ダッシュでC・ロナウドのもとへ。直前で警備員に気づかれるも、強引にC・ロナウドと肩を組み、そのまま自撮りを撮影した。

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす

「ついに叶ったんだ」…デ・リフトが念願のユナイテッド移籍で決意 「次なる歴史の一翼に」

「チームとの繋がりはもはやなかった」元ユナイテッドDFヴァランがテン・ハグ体制の闇を暴露、曖昧なクラブ体制も指摘「誰が責任を負っていたのかわからない」
元フランス代表DFラファエル・ヴァランが、マンチェスター・ユナイテッド時代の内情を暴露している。 今シーズンはユナイテッドからセリエAのコモへ移るも、デビュー戦でヒザを負傷し、現役引退を決断したヴァラン。役員の1人としてクラブにとどまり、ユース年代の育成のサポートなどに注力している。 『The Athletic』のインタビューに応じたヴァランは、2021年夏から3シーズン過ごしたユナイテッド時代についてコメント。EFLカップ(カラバオカップ)やFAカップを制したものの、プレミアリーグでは8位フィニッシュもあったエリク・テン・ハグ体制を振り返り、当時の内情を明かした。 「彼が(2024-25シーズンも)残留したのは驚いた。チームとの繋がりはもはやなかった」 「適切な言葉を見つけるのは難しい。非常に緊迫した時もあった。彼(テン・ハグ監督)は選手たちのフィードバックに耳を傾けようと努力することもあった。時には選手たちの気持ちを聞かずに決断を下した。だから浮き沈みがあった。状況が複雑なこともあった」 また、序列が下がった2023年10月から12月付近の状況についても語ったヴァラン。指揮官と衝突した側面もあったようだ。 「僕らは真剣に話し合った。お互いに本音をぶつけたけど、その後はほぼ2カ月間プレーしなかった。彼とチームの関係について、いくつかのやり方には同意できないと言った」 「一部の選手がまったく満足していなかったから、チームにとって良くないことだと思った。監督との関係という意味でも良くなかった」 さらに、チームを去ったポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウドや、元イングランド代表MFジェイドン・サンチョ(チェルシー)への扱いにも言及。マネジメント面の問題を指摘した。 「恐怖によってリスペクトを得たかったのかもしれない」 「彼はマンチェスターにいる間、常に孤立する選手を必要としていた。少なくとも1人の重要な選手に対してそうしていた。常にグループの特定のリーダーたちと対立していた。それが彼のマネジメント法だ」 「浮き沈みがあった。すべてが悪かったとは言えない。複雑な瞬間もあった」 指揮官についての辛辣な見解を述べた一方で、ユナイテッドの上層部も問題視。以前所属したレアル・マドリーと比較し、責任の所在が曖昧になっていると指摘した。 「選手として内部から見ても、物事をどのように進めていくかの明確な構造はなかった。何年もの間、決まったやり方が確立されていなかった」 「マドリードでは、クラブのあらゆるレベルで物事を進めるための明確なやり方があった。マンチェスターではどのように選手を獲得し、どのようにプレーし、どのようにコミュニケーションを取るのかが明確でなく、十分に定義されていなかった」 「意思決定プロセスに関わっている人が多すぎたため、誰が実際に決断を下しているのかわからなかった。誰が責任を負っていたのかわからない。全員が少しずつ責任を負っているようでもあったし、誰もが少しずつ責任を負っていないようでもあった」 古巣に対して厳しいコメントを送った31歳だが、「クラブに対しては大きなリスペクトと愛情を持っているため、ポジティブなことしか言えない」とのこと。あくまでもクラブが良い方向へ進むための提言だと主張している。 「うまくいっていないことに言及したとしても、それは善意から出る建設的な意見だ。誰かを非難するためではない。ただクラブや彼らの成功を祈っているだけだ」 2025.02.19 22:45 Wed
