恋人と同じクラブ間で移籍したレーマン

“世界で最もセクシーなサッカー選手”として知られ、ブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイスの恋人としても知られるスイス女子代表FWアリーシャ・レーマンが、男女格差を訴えた。

インスタグラムでは1700万人のフォロワーを誇り、インフルエンサーとしても人気を博している。アストン・ビラでプレーしていたレーマンだったが、今シーズンからユベントスへと完全移籍。ドウグラス・ルイスもアストン・ビラからユベントスへと移籍しており、揃ってのイタリア行きとなった。

人気と実力を誇るレーマン。ただ、男女の格差をまざまざと感じたようで、イタリア『ラ・レプブリカ』のインタビューで語った。

「練習後、私はドウグラスとよく不公平だよねと話すわ」

「私たちは同じ仕事をしているけど、彼の収入は私の10万倍も多いの。平等になるという目標を達成するためには、かなりの時間がかかると思うわ」

報道によれば、ドウグラス・ルイスの移籍金は4200万ポンド(約77億9000万円)に対し、レーマンは4万2000ポンド(約780万円)。1000倍の差があり、サラリーになればより差が開いている状況だ。

これまでも多くの場面で男女の格差を訴える声が出ており、代表チームによっては賃金の平等化や待遇の均衡化が進んでいる。ただ、まだだまだその差が狭まる可能性は低くレーマン自身も「これは私が女性であるために影響を受けていること」と語った。

多くの女子プレーヤーが抱える不満でもある中、同じチーム間で移籍もあり、より格差を感じることに。2人の仲に影響を与えないことを祈るばかりだ。
