なでしこジャパンとしても活躍する長谷川。先日まで行われたSheBelievesCupにも招集を受け、ボランチとして3試合に出場。今夏の女子ワールドカップ出場も確実視されている。

今シーズンから長谷川はシティへと移籍。ミランへ移籍して海外でのプレーをスタートすると、アストン・ビラ、ウェストハムとステップアップし、シティでもFA女子スーパーリーグ(FAWSL)で13試合に出場し1ゴール1アシストを記録している。

その長谷川だが、シティがインスタグラムに投稿したトレーニング動画に登場。その中のワンシーンが切り取られているが、大きな話題となっている。

トレーニングで鬼ごっこのような状態となった中、長谷川がイングランド女子代表FWクロエ・ケリーを追いかけていく。

追いかけた結果、捕まえた長谷川はケリーが着ているビブスの中に一緒に強引に入ることに。密着しながら笑顔が溢れている。

これにはファンも反応。あまりの楽しそうな姿が印象に残ったようだ。
