ポルトガルのサンタ・クララに所属する日本代表MF守田英正が国民的サッカー漫画『キャプテン翼』のファンに謝罪した。守田は18日、3月の代表ウィークに向けた日本代表のメンバーに招集。それを受けてサンタ・クララの公式ツイッター(@CD_SantaClara)はお祝いのツイートをしていた。
サンタ・クララは、「モリタ 我々の翼」というキャプションとともに『キャプテン翼』の主人公である大空翼に並んで、サンタ・クララのユニフォームを意識したと思われるえんじ色のユニフォームに身を包んだ守田が合成された写真を投稿していた。
やや雑なオマージュに対し、守田はこの投稿を引用する形で、「キャプテン翼ファンの皆様にお詫び申し上げます。頑張ります。」と謝罪。
守田のツイートに対しては、「雑コラ最高です(笑)」「代表招集おめでとうございます。」「おもろい」といった好意的な声が多く寄せられている。

インドネシア代表選手がセリエAクラブの主将に就任へ…日本戦で痛恨“空振り”の24歳DFジェイ・イツェス
インドネシア代表DFジェイ・イツェス(24)がセリエA・ヴェネツィアの主将に就任か。インドネシア『deBerita』などが伝える。 例に漏れずインドネシア系オランダ人のインドネシア代表選手という24歳イツェス。 昨年11月の日本代表戦(0●4)で3失点目、守田英正のゴールに直結する“空振り”をした選手…といえば、思い出す方も多いはず。ともあれ、昨春のインドネシア代表デビューから、すでに正式な主将も任されている中心的存在だ。 クラブキャリアでは、23-24シーズンにセリエBのヴェネツィアへ加入後、主軸センターバックとしてセリエA昇格に貢献。迎えた今季もフル出場を続けてきたなか、1日のセリエA第23節・ウディネーゼ戦で初めて腕章を巻いた。 どうやらヴェネツィアは、主将のフィンランド代表FWヨエル・ポヒャンパロ(30)が、セリエB・パレルモへの完全移籍が確実に。同選手は主将兼主砲として今季チーム最多の7得点も、好条件によりセリエB行きを決めたようだ。 これにより、ウディネーゼ戦でメンバー外に。代わってイツェスがゲーム主将を担い、今後はこのインドネシア代表DFが、ヴェネツィアの正キャプテンに任命される運びと考えられる。 なお、イツェスの初主将試合はウディネーゼに2-3と敗戦。ヴェネツィアは依然として、セリエB降格圏の19位に沈んでいる。 2025.02.02 14:48 Sun

守田英正のスポルティング移籍が正式決定! 4年契約で契約解除金は63億円超
