大宮アルディージャVENTUSの元なでしこジャパンDF鮫島彩が特技を披露し、話題となっている。
2011年の女子ワールドカップで見事に優勝したなでしこジャパンのメンバーであり、2021年に開幕したWEリーグには大宮VENTUSでチャレンジを続けている鮫島。年明けには晴れ着姿を見せて話題となっていた。
その鮫島は自身のインスタグラムに動画を投稿。ピアノを弾く姿を披露した。
鮫島は「2年振りの久々に弾いてみたシリーズ」と投稿し、かなり久々のピアノの演奏だったとのこと。ただ、その腕前は錆び付いていなかったようだ。
ピアノを弾けることを初めて知ったファンは「お見事」、「すごい」、「振り幅ありすぎ」、「ブラボーーー」、「指先も器用だとは」と驚きのコメント。また、チームメイトの山崎円美は「本当になんでもできちゃう人ってこの世にいるんですね」と驚くと、同じくチームメイトの五嶋京香は「え、待って鮫さん凄すぎる」とこちらも驚きを隠せないようだ。
鮫島はKinKi Kidsの『愛のかたまり』の前奏を披露。メガネ姿で真剣な眼差しもファンには刺さったようだ。。

第44回皇后杯4回戦の8試合が、17日から18日にかけて各地で行われた。
WEリーグ勢が登場する4回戦。前回大会の覇者、三菱重工浦和レッズレディースは、AC長野パルセイロ・レディースと対戦し、3-1で勝利を収めた。立ち上がり5分に猶本光が先制点を奪うと、18分には菅澤優衣香が追加点を奪取。前半終了間際に奥津礼菜に1点を返されたものの、60分に再び菅澤が決め、連覇へ向けて幸先の良いスタートを切った。
アルビレックス新潟レディースは、昨季準優勝のジェフユナイテッド市原・千葉レディースを撃破した。リーグ戦では未勝利で最下位に沈む新潟Lだったが、2分、57分とエース・道上彩花が2ゴールを。3大会連続のベスト8進出を決めている。
WEリーグで首位に立つINAC神戸レオネッサはASハリマアルビオンとの兵庫県勢対決に臨んだ。INACは7分に田中美南が先制点を挙げるも、ASハリマも17分に新堀華波が決めて同点に。1-1で折り返した56分、INACは浜野まいかが勝ち越しゴールを決めると、そのまま逃げ切り。準々決勝へ駒を進めた。
学生チームで唯一勝ち残っていた昨季の全日本大学女子サッカー選手権大会(インカレ)女王・早稲田大学は、大宮アルディージャVENTUSに敗れた。開始早々2分に山崎円美のミドルシュートで失点を喫すると、その後は互いにゴールを奪えずタイムアップ。4回戦で姿を消すこととなった。
また、女王奪還を目指す日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザは、小林里歌子がケガからの復帰後初ゴールを挙げるなど、マイナビ仙台レディースに4-1と快勝。そのほか、なでしこリーグ勢と対戦したWEリーグチームはすべて勝利を収めている。

進化をし続ける10番が頼もしい。
三菱重工浦和レッズレディースは3日、2022-23 Yogibo WEリーグ第5節で大宮アルディージャVENTUSとのアウェイでの"さいたまダービー"に臨んだ。
開幕から3試合連続の複数得点を挙げ、3連勝で首位をいく浦和だったが、ダービーに向けて大きな懸念事項があった。なでしこジャパンの活動中にセンターバックの高橋はなが右ヒザ前十字じん帯損傷の重傷を負い、長期離脱。ただでさえ人材不足の最終ラインで、誰が代役を務めるのかに大きな注目が集まった。
WEリーグカップではサイドが本職の上野紗稀や長嶋玲奈も起用されていたが、この日、楠瀬直木監督が指名したのは安藤梢。なでしこジャパンでも126試合に出場した百戦錬磨のアタッカーを抜擢した。
メンバー発表された「DF10安藤梢」にはファンも驚きを隠せなかった。それもそのはず、本人いわくセンターバックでの出場は「公式戦では初めて」。だが、ふたを開けてみれば安定感は誰よりも抜群だった。
チームのボール保持時間が長いこともあって、明確な守備機会そのものは決して多くはなかった。だが、読みを効かせたくさびのつぶしやインターセプトなど、随所で好プレーを披露。カウンターを受けた53分のシーンでは、流れて大宮FW髙橋美夕紀を追走していたが、パス出しの瞬間にマークを捨ててスペースをケアし、好判断で見事に山崎円美のシュートをブロックした。
トラップ精度も高くパススピードも速いため、ビルドアップも卒なくこなした安藤。チームは3-0で勝利を収め、リーグ戦では今季初のクリーンシートを達成。もちろん、安藤1人の力ではないとはいえ、貢献度は誰の目にも明らかだった。
指揮官は試合直後のインタビューで「ケガ人もいて(後ろに)人がいないので、なんでも屋さんの安藤におんぶにだっこ」と冗談めかしたが、「非常にいいディフェンスラインを築いてもらって助かっています」と評価している。
クラブ公式サイトでも安藤の声を紹介。プレーへの満足感以上に、さらなる向上心をうかがわせる。
「(センターバックでの出場は)公式戦では初めてです。プレーしてみて面白さもありましたし、みんなで声を出し合いながら協力して、無失点で抑えられたので、少し自信にもなりました。でも、精度やポジショニングの部分で、上げていかないといけないところもあると感じています」
「ビルドアップのところでは、攻撃のいいスタートになればいいと意識しながら、自分がFWのときにやられたら嫌なところを突いていきたいというのはありました」
安藤は2009年シーズン後に浦和からドイツのFCR2001デュイスブルク(現:MSVデュイスブルク)へ加入し、フランクフルトやエッセンでもプレー。国内タイトルだけでなく、UEFA女子チャンピオンズリーグ(UWCL)も制覇。2017年6月に古巣の浦和へと復帰し、昨季はボランチも経験した。
浦和は次節、11日にホームでINAC神戸レオネッサとの大一番を迎える。40歳となった今でも進化を続ける安藤のプレーにも注目だ。

大宮アルディージャVENTUSのMF仲田歩夢のモデルショットが大きな話題となっている。
昨シーズン大宮VENTUSに加入した仲田。チームの中心選手として活躍した中、2シーズン目に向けても調整を続けている状況だ。
その中で、先日はTBSドラマの日曜劇場『オールドルーキー』にも出演。さらにモデルを務めるなど、ピッチ外でも活躍している。
その仲田は自身のインスタグラムを更新。ファッションブランド『MADE IN WORLD』と人気サッカー漫画『アオアシ』のコラボアイテムのモデルを務めた写真を投稿した。
仲田は「このような豪華なコラボレーションに関わることができてとても嬉しく思います。ありがとうございました」とし、「アオアシファンにはたまらないコラボ。POPUPイベントも開催されるそうなので、ぜひチェックしてみてくださいっ」と8月20日、21日にMADE IN WORLD tokyoで行われるイベントの告知もした。
コラボアイテムを身につけたモデルショットにはファンも興奮。「可愛いです」、「むちゃくちゃ綺麗です」、「モデルやん」、「かっこいいとかわいい」、「最高に似合ってる」と称賛の声。また、チームメイトの山崎円美は「えんぐっっ1枚目たまんねえっす」と少しクールに決めた仲田の写真を絶賛。仲田は「とてもうれしいんだけどさ」としながら、「たまんねえってやめて笑」とツッコミを入れていた。

未来のなでしこジャパン守護神がモデルに挑戦したようだ。
大宮アルディージャVENTUSのGKスタンボー華は、1日に自身のインスタグラムを更新。モデルとして写真撮影に応じたとの旨を報告し、充実の時間だったと明かした。

チームメイトの山崎円美以外にもFC東京のGK林彰洋やFC神楽しまねの遊馬将也が「かっこ、かわいすぎ」と反応。ファンからも「とても素敵です」、「ジャニーズの方かと思いました」、「いつもと違いますね〜色気がプラスされてる?のかな」、「美しいしかっこいいし好きが渋滞している」、「モデルにしか見えぬ」、「写真集出そうよ」など、好意的なコメントが多数寄せられている。
JFAアカデミー福島出身のスタンボーは、昨季のWEリーグ開幕前にINAC神戸レオネッサから大宮VENTUSへ加入。世代別の日本代表では、2018年に正GKとしてフランスでのU-20女子ワールドカップ(W杯)を制している。
なでしこジャパンにも高倉麻子前監督のもと、2021年4月8日の国際親善試合パラグアイ女子代表戦などに招集されてベンチ入りを果たしているが、出場はまだなし。来年のオーストラリア・ニュージーランド大会やその先へ向け、今季の躍進が期待されている。
