アメリカ、ナショナル・ウィメンズ・サッカーリーグ(NWSL)のノースカロライナ・カレッジは22日、なでしこジャパンのFW小林里歌子(26)と、双方合意の上で契約を解除したことを発表した。名門・常盤木学園高校出身の小林は、2016年に日テレ・ベレーザ(現日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザ)へ加入。年代別代表のトップストライカーは、前十字じん帯断裂などの度重なる大ケガを乗り越えながらも、2019年になでしこジャパン入り。フランス女子W杯にも出場した。以降もケガと戦いながら、なでしこリーグでは通算45試合27ゴール、WEリーグでは通算27試合9ゴールの記録を残し、2023年7月に海外挑戦を決行した。ただ、アメリカでもケガに苦しみ、昨季は出場なしに。今季も故障者リストから出発となっていた。契約は2024シーズンまで残っていたものの、双方合意の上で、契約を解除することに。発表に際し、クラブは公式サイトを通じて小林への想いを綴っている。「リカコがこのクラブで過ごしてくれたことに感謝します。残念ながら、ケガのため、彼女はこのリーグで出場することができませんでしたが、私たちは彼女の幸運を祈り、彼女が最も好きなこと、フットボールをすること、に戻れるよう願っています」ノースカロライナは16日の今季開幕戦で5-1と大勝。三浦成美や松窪真心も出場していた。 2024.03.22 13:50 Fri
