名古屋グランパスが、イタリアでプレーする元育成選手の獲得に近づいているという。イタリア『L'inchiesta』が報じた。
その選手はフロジノーネのU-19チームに所属するFWヒデ・ヴィタルッチ(20)とのこと。日本とイタリアにルーツを持ち、名古屋のU-18から2019年7月にフロジノーネU-19に加入した。
日本では手嶋秀という名前でプレーしており、AZの日本代表DF菅原由勢やレノファ山口FCへレンタル中のDF成瀬竣平らと共に名古屋のU-15、U-18でプレーしていた。
トップチームに昇格せずにイタリアへと渡ったヒデ・ヴィタルッチは、2020-21シーズンはプリマヴェーラ2Bで20試合に出場し13ゴールを記録。2021-22シーズンはセリエC・A(イタリア3部)のペルゴレッテーゼへと移籍し、リーグ戦25試合に出場し3ゴールを記録。右ウイングでプレーをして、大きく経験を積んでいた。
『L'inchiesta』は「意外なことに、ヒデ・ヴィタルッチは日本に復帰する。未来は日出るくににあるかもしれない。彼がイタリアに来る前に育ち、プレーした名古屋グランパスにたどり着くだろう」と伝え、「彼の家族が今も住んでいるトヨタに戻るという仮説が彼を誘惑している」と日本復帰が近づいていると報じている。
今夏はMF永木亮太(←湘南ベルマーレ)、MF重廣卓也(←アビスパ福岡)、FW永井謙佑(←FC東京)を既に獲得。立て直しを図るクラブに、新たな戦力が“復帰”するのか注目だ。

日本サッカー協会(JFA)は23日、トレーニングキャンプに臨むU-19日本代表候補メンバーを発表した。
今回のメンバーには、明治安田生命J1リーグでも出場機会を得ているFW斉藤光毅(横浜FC)やMF小田裕太郎(ヴィッセル神戸)、MF松岡大起(サガン鳥栖)などが招集。また、J2リーグでプレー経験を積んでいるMF山本理仁、MF藤田譲瑠チマ(ともに東京ヴェルディ)やMF谷内田哲平(京都サンガF.C.)らも招集されている。
