エミレーツ・クラブの元スペイン代表MFアンドレス・イニエスタが、自身の乳児期の貴重なショットを公開して話題となっている。

バルセロナの下部組織で育ったイニエスタは、バルセロナB(現:バルサ・アトレティック)を経て、2018年にヴィッセル神戸に加入するまで、約16年にわたってバルセロナのファーストチームで活躍。32ものタイトルを獲得した。

日本では公式戦134試合に出場し、今シーズンからUAEのエミレーツ・クラブでプレーすると1日に行われたアジュマーン戦で5試合ぶりに出場し、代表も合わせたキャリア通算1000試合という偉業を達成している。

そのイニエスタが、スペインでの「父の日」にあたる19日にインスタグラムを更新。父親のホセ・アントニオ・イニエスタさんに抱かれる乳児期の写真を投稿した。

「時間が経てば経つほど、僕はあなたを誇りに思う!そして、あなたが僕の側にいてくれて、あなたが僕の参考であり続けてくれることが、僕にとってより幸運なことなのです!愛してるよ、お父さん!すべてに感謝します!」

イニエスタの貴重なショットには、ファンも「小さなお人形さんみたい」、「当時から変わらない」、「パパに似てる」と反応。また、「エンリケ・イグレシアスかと思った」、「イニエスタはエンリケ・イグレシアスの息子だったのか?」と、当時のホセ・アントニオさんがスペインの人気歌手であるエンリケ・イグレシアスにそっくりだということでも話題となっている。

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン
