フェイエノールトの日本代表FW上田綺世が、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)の舞台で通算2得点目を記録した。ケガにより離脱していた上田は、CLリーグフェーズ第7節のバイエルン戦でベンチスタート。試合は欧州屈指の強豪相手にサンティアゴ・ヒメネスが前半だけで2ゴールを決める絶好の展開に。そのままリードを守る中で、上田は83分から出場。すると89分、カウンターから裏へ抜け出すと最後は左足で冷静にシュートを流し込み、3点目を記録した。
試合はそのまま3-0で終了。これにより、フェイエノールトはリーグフェーズ突破が決定となり、最終節次第では決勝トーナメントストレートインも決められる可能性がある状況になった。

「永遠の愛」「決して忘れない」小野伸二氏がフェイエノールトに帰還、UEFAカップを掲げる姿にファンが大興奮「これぞレジェンド」
