アディダス ジャパンが、一瞬のスピードで、すべてを変える力を与えるためのサッカースパイク「F50(エフゴジュウ)」の新モデルを発表した。
「F50」は、プレーヤーに爆発的なスピードを与えることを目的として2004年に登場。リオネル・メッシをはじめとする様々な選手が着用してきた。
シューレースを覆った仕様のモデル、プレーヤーの特性やピッチコンディションに合わせて調整ができる「TUNiT」、さらに足との一体感を高めるべく、「ADIZERO」のコンセプトを持ったシリーズなど、フットボールシューズに革新をもたらすモデルを生み出してきた中、2015年で一度幕を下ろすことに。そんな中、初登場から20周年となる2024年に復活を果たす事となった。
これまでアディダスは、柔らかさで魅了するプレーヤーに向けた「COPA(コパ)」、決定力で勝負するプレーヤーに向けた「PREDATOR(プレデター)」、一瞬の速さで勝負するプレーヤーに向けた「X(エックス)」という3つのフランチャイズを展開してきたが、「X」に置き換わる形で、「F50」が登場する。
スピードフランチャイズとして再登場する「F50」は、ファイバータッチアッパーとエクスターナルヒールカウンターを採用し、軽量化を実現。中足部を覆うように配置された伸縮性のある素材に、TPUで補強を施したトンネル型のコンプレッションフィットトンネルシュータンで、より良いフィット感とホールド性を向上。また、戦略的に配置された立体的なテクスチャーのライン、スプリントウェブによってスピードにのった際のボールタッチ、コントロールに貢献する。
なお、「F50」の“F”は、速さの象徴、F1レースの語源でもある“Formula”の頭文字から命名。そして、1954年、スイスで行われた1954 FIFAワールドカップ™の決勝で、ぬかるんだピッチの中、西ドイツ代表選手がスタッド取り換え式のアディダスのシューズを履き、当時無敵と謳われたハンガリー代表に勝利し優勝を手にした「ベルンの奇跡」から、50年後の2004年に登場した事で“50”という数字が採用されている。
さらに、誕生から20年が経った2024年、「F50」は、未来“Future”を見据えたスピードプレーヤー達が、“F”を継承すべく生まれ変わることとなる。
6月3日(月)17時からアディダスオンラインショップ、アディダス先行販売。4日(火)から日(火)よりアディダス直営店にて一部商品先行発売、10日(月)より一般発売される。
このスパイクは、メッシの他、日本代表MF久保建英やDF菅原由勢、FW浅野拓磨、またなでしこジャパンのMF宮澤ひなた、FW藤野あおばも着用。コメントを寄せている。

「サッカーでは一瞬のスピードやボールタッチが試合の運命を大きく左右します。「F50」は軽く、そしてフィット感があって包み込まれるような履き心地がして、ドリブルをしたときにピッチを駆け抜けられる感覚がしました。スピードにのったプレーでも大活躍してくれそうな一足です」

「サッカーでは、スピードにのってゴールまでボールをつなぐことが重要です。「F50」を履いてみたら、スピード感が重要なプレーの中でもボールコントロールがしやすく、さすが「スピードに特化したスパイクだな」と思いました。今年の夏、活躍して日本中のサッカーを頑張る女の子たちがこのスパイクを履きたいと思う日がくるよう頑張りたいです」

「プレーにおいて最も大切なのは「迷わないこと」です。迅速に次のアクションを選ぶためにはスピードを意識することが重要です。「F50」は軽い履き心地とソールの安定感が魅力的で、「迷わない」ためのプレーにはとても適したスパイクだと思いました。「F50」とともに、夏の大会も駆け抜けたいです!」

セルティックは29日、2024-25シーズンのホームユニフォームを発表した。
2023-24シーズンはスコティッシュ・プレミアシップで3連覇を達成。また、スコティッシュカップもレンジャーズとの決勝を制し、国内2冠を達成した。
日本代表FW古橋亨梧やFW前田大然、MF旗手怜央、そしてMF岩田智輝、DF小林友希が所属するクラブ。日本でも注目される中、アディダスとセルティックが新ユニフォームを発表した。
新ユニフォームはホワイトをベースに、クラブカラーのグリーンのボーダーというシンプルな作り。その中で、首周りにはクラブと選手、ファンの団結を示す「ケルトノット(ケルトの組み紐文様)」が施されている。
ファンは「上品な仕上がりだ」、「これは好きだな」、「好きじゃない。愛してる!」、「美しい仕上がり」とコメントを寄せている。
それ以上に話題なのがモデルに起用された古橋。一部では今夏の移籍が噂され、浦和レッズ移籍という話も出ている。
その古橋は新ユニフォームのモデルに採用されており、基本的には残留する可能性が高いが、ファンは「これは来シーズンも着るということだな?」、「このユニフォームでプレーするはずだ」、「彼は売り物ではない」、「彼との契約を早く発表してくれ」とコメントされている。
ブレンダン・ロジャーズ監督の下、今シーズンはこれまでのシーズンよりは苦しんだ古橋。それでもクラブ最多の公式戦19ゴールを記録するなど衰えは見せていない。
契約も2027年夏まで残っている状況。浦和が仮に獲得するとなれば、多額の移籍金も設定されそうだが、果たして…。

アーセナルは16日、2024-25シーズンのホームキットを発表した。
2022-23シーズンはプレミアリーグで優勝を争いをしながらも、終盤に失速してしまい2位に終わったアーセナル。今シーズンも継続して優勝争いに加わり、最終節を残した段階で首位と勝ち点差「2」の2位につけている。
20年ぶりのリーグ優勝の可能性を残すアーセナル。かつての栄光の時代の復活が見えてきている中、新ユニフォームが発表された。
1989-90シーズン以来となる胸にクラブの象徴である“大砲”を備えることに。ガナーズの愛称でも知られるクラブのルーツは軍需工場の労働者のクラブであり、クラブのエンブレムにも使われている“大砲”を胸につけて戦う。
身頃はクラブからのレッド、袖やサイドはホワイトとなり、肩にはネイビーのアディダスのストライプが入っている。これまで以上にホワイトの割合が増え、イメージが変わっている。
モデルにはキャプテンのマルティン・ウーデゴールやブカヨ・サカ、ガブリエウ・マルティネッリ、デクラン・ライス、カイ・ハヴァーツ、アレッシア・ルッソ、ロッテ・ウーベンモイが務めた。
ファンは「これは素晴らしい出来」、「これは手に入れたい」、「本当にこれは好きなやつ」、「予想よりかなり良い」、「印象が変わった。これを愛してる」、「とてもセクシーだ」とコメント。リークされた当初は配色などに批判的な見解が多かったが、実際に選手が着用した姿でガラリと印象が変わったようだ。

バイエルンは6日、2024-25シーズンの新ユニフォームを発表した。
今シーズンはレバークーゼンの後塵を拝し、ブンデスリーガ12連覇を逃したバイエルン。トーマス・トゥヘル監督は今シーズン限りで退任し、後任監督問題などもある中、新シーズンのユニフォームが発表された。
サプライヤーは継続してアディダス。新ユニフォームは、ピッチ上の選手とスタンドのファンを結びつける鼓動と情熱を反映した特別なキットに。クラブ史上初めて、デザインには 3 つの異なる色合いの赤が採用され、アイデンティティ、感情、試合のドラマを表現している。
赤は100年以上にわたってバイエルンにとって単なる色ではない。
このトリオのカラーニュアンスは、ブンデスリーガ、DFBカップ、チャンピオンズリーグの三冠を達成した唯一のドイツ男子チームであるバイエルンへのオマージュ。ファンに人気の縦ストライプのルックの新しい解釈は、バイエルン産ダイヤモンドが感動的な外観を提供し、クラブの伝統だけでなく、アリアンツ・アレーナでの魔法のサッカーの瞬間の感情的なドラマを捉えている。
ファンは「きれい」、「ここ数年で最高のユニフォームだ」、「とても美しい」、「何て素晴らしいんだ」、「赤一色はカッコ良い」、「再びタイトルを」とコメントが寄せられている。
バイエルンは2012年以来のゴールドのエンブレムを手放しており、特別なユニフォームとなりそうだ。

2シーズン連続でプレミアリーグ優勝を争っているアーセナル。復権に向けて高いパフォーマンスを見せている中、2024-25シーズンのアウェイキットがリーク。しかし、ファンから大不評となっている。
ミケル・アルテタ監督の下、かつての栄光を取り戻しつつあるアーセナル。若手主体のチームを作りながら、2023-24シーズンは暫定ながら首位に立っており、20年ぶりのプレミアリーグ優勝へ前進している。
2シーズン連続の優勝争いができるまでに力をつけたアーセナル。ファンの盛り上がりも素晴らしく、ホームゲームではビハインドでも後押しが止まないなど、シーズン最終盤に向けて盛り上がっている最中だ。
そんな中、『Footy Headlines』が2024-25シーズンのアーセナルのユニフォームのリーク情報を伝え、ファンが騒然としている。
リークされたアウェイユニフォームは、ブラックベース。さらにアディダスのロゴがグリーン、クラブの象徴である大砲のロゴがレッドという仕様だ。
このカラーリングは、クラブのレジェンドであるイアン・ライト氏とデイビッド・ローカッスル氏のオマージュ。両氏の友情を祝うためにデザインされた限定版のスウェットで使用されていた。
肩の部分にはホワイトのグラフィックパターンが施されている。
しかし、これにはファンが批判的な反応を示している。「初めて買わないかもしれない」、「一体これは何なんだ」、「本物じゃないと信じる」、「とても醜すぎる」、「ちょっと待ってくれ!」、「緑はどこからきた?」、「クリスマスバージョン?」と酷評を受けている。
もちろんリーク情報であり、実際のユニフォームがどうなるかは不明。ただ、20年ぶりに優勝を果たしたとなれば、王者として着るユニフォームが受け入れられないとなれば残念だ。
