徳島ヴォルティスの元日本代表FW柿谷曜一朗の妻であるタレントの丸高愛実さんが第三子の妊娠を報告した。
柿谷と丸高さんは2016年12月に入籍。2018年に長女、そして2021年次女を授かっていた。
昨年12月には結婚7周年を迎えていた2人だが、めでたく第三子を授かったという。丸高さんが自身のインスタグラムで報告した。

長女と二女は毎日お腹の赤ちゃんに
話しかけたり、ちゅーしてくれます
とっても愛おしいです
元気に産まれてきてくれる事を願いながら
残りのマタニティライフも穏やかに過ごしていきたいと思います!

徳島ヴォルティスの元日本代表FW柿谷曜一朗が、自身の発言が誤解を生んだと謝罪。一方で、周囲への誹謗中傷をやめてもらいたいと訴えた。
今シーズンも明治安田J2リーグを戦う徳島。しかし、今シーズンは開幕3連敗など低調なスタートを切り、リーグ戦7試合を終えて1勝1分け5敗の最下位。さらに、YBCルヴァンカップではJ3のAC長野パルセイロ相手に5-1で惨敗していた。
クラブは3月31日に吉田達磨監督を解任。また、岡田明彦強化部長は同日に辞任すると、4月1日にMF島川俊郎が電撃引退、4日にはMF西谷和希が双方合意で契約解除となるなど、混乱が続いていた。
成績不振とクラブ内部での騒動を受け、ファン・サポーターからは批判的なコメント、誹謗中傷コメントが殺到。クラブは6日に声明を発表する中、大きな話題を呼んだのが柿谷のコメントだった。
チームの和を乱したとして西谷がチームから外されていた中、ザスパ群馬戦後の柿谷の「言葉が悪いかもしれませんけど、最初とは違う。面白いくらいに選手はまとまっていて、見てもらいたい」という発言を、選手を排除したと捉える動きも。また、その他の根拠のない憶測や噂で、柿谷を槍玉に上げる行為がSNS上などで繰り広げられていた。
そんな中、6日に柿谷が自身のインスタグラムを更新。今回の件について言及し、自身の発言が誤解を招いたとしながらも、その意図を説明。また、自身の家族や周囲に対する行為を辞めてもらいたいと訴えた。
「今シーズンここまで徳島ヴォルティスを応援する皆様の期待に応えることができず本当に申し訳ありません。そして群馬戦の後のコメントについてたくさん意見をいただいてます。間違った捉え方をさせてしまったこと、本当に申し訳ありません」
「まず、かずきの状況については、選手はみんななんとか戻れるように話し合いをしたり方法を考えたりしましたが、それ以上のことはかずきとクラブとの話し合いになっていました」
「大事な選手だということは皆様と同じで選手みんなわかっています。なので早く戻ってくるのを待っている状態でした」
「そんな中僕たちは次の試合がすぐに控えていたので、こんな状況だけど応援してくれているサポーターのためにも今いる選手でまとまって勝ちに行こうという意味でコメントさせてもらいました。誤解をさせてしまってすみませんでした」

名古屋グランパスからサウジ・プロ・リーグのアル・タアーウンへと移籍したFWマテウス・カストロが婚約を報告した。
大宮アルディージャや名古屋グランパス、横浜F・マリノスでプレーしたマテウスは、2023年8月に名古屋からアル・タアーウンへと完全移籍した。
今シーズンはサウジ・プロ・リーグで19試合に出場し6ゴール6アシストと活躍。しかし、左足アキレス腱断裂の重傷で手術を行い、現在は長期離脱を余儀なくされている。
そのマテウスは24日にインスタグラムを更新。2023年11月12日にドバイで、交際中の女性にプロポーズしたことを明かしている。
マテウスは、『ハリーウィンストン(HARRY WINSTON)』の指輪を携え、砂浜でサプライズプロポーズ。無数のバルーンで彩られた「MARRY ME(結婚して)」のメッセージとともにディナーも楽しんだようだ。

オリヴェイレンセの元日本代表FW三浦知良の次男である格闘家の三浦孝太が、サッカーで魅せた。
三浦孝太は3日までに自身のインスタグラムを更新。タイの格闘家であるロッタン・ジットムアンノンに招待され、海外でのプレー機会を得たようだ。

ヴィッセル神戸のMF山口蛍が背番号変更への想いを綴った。
2023シーズンは明治安田生命J1リーグで見事に初優勝を果たした神戸。そのチームを中盤で支えたのは山口であり、Jリーグのベストイレブンにも選出されるなど結果を残した。
その神戸は、10日に2024シーズンの選手背番号を発表。これまで「5番」を背負ってきた山口は「96番」に変更。これが話題となった。
「96」は、山口の家族である愛犬の「クロ」にちなんだもの。その番号を背負ってプレーすることを決断したが、賛否両論を呼ぶこととなっていた。
そんな中、自身のインスタグラムを更新した山口は、背番号への想いを綴り、「ふざけているわけではない」と反論。昨シーズンの時点で決めていたとし、チームのために全力で戦うことを誓った。

徳島ヴォルティスは6日、2024シーズンの選手背番号を発表した。
2023シーズンはベニャート・ラバイン監督が指揮を執った中、成績不振でシーズン途中に吉田達磨監督が就任。明治安田生命J2リーグで15位に終わっていた。
巻き返しを図る新シーズンは、吉田監督が続投。多くの選手の入れ替えが行われた中、積極的な補強が目立った。
新加入選手は、ガンバ大阪のDF柳澤亘、サガン鳥栖のMF島川俊郎、アスルクラロ沼津のFWブラウンノア賢信などの他、2023シーズン途中から期限付き移籍で加わっていたMF永木亮太が完全移籍に切り替わった。
背番号は新加入の柳澤が「22」、島川が「27」、ブラウンノア賢信が「9」を着用することが決定した。また背番号変更もDF森昂大が「26」から「5」、MF玄理吾が「23」から「14」、FW西野太陽が「39」から「13」に変更となった。

徳島ヴォルティスの元日本代表FW柿谷曜一朗は3日、33歳の誕生日を迎えた。妻でタレントの丸高愛実さんがバースデーの様子を報告した。
セレッソ大阪やバーゼル、名古屋グランパスでプレーした柿谷。2023シーズンから若き頃に自身が大きく成長した徳島に復帰した。
12シーズンぶりに戻った柿谷は明治安田生命J2リーグで37試合7得点を記録。2024シーズンも徳島で戦うことが決定していた。
その柿谷は3日に家族でバースデー。丸高さんがインスタグラムに家族写真を投稿したが、思わぬアクシデントがあったことを報告した。
「ポンコツな私はケーキ(冷凍)を前の家の住所(名古屋)に送ってしまうというとんでもないミスをおかし、急いでケーキを買いに笑」
「そして今日のお昼にケーキが戻ってきてくれました。毎日ケーキが食べれて嬉しそうな子供達笑」
なんと、2022年まで住んでいた名古屋の家にケーキを送ってしまうという失態を報告。丸高さんは3枚の写真を投稿しているが、いずれも違うケーキとなっている。

徳島ヴォルティスは7日、FW柿谷曜一朗(33)との契約更新を発表した。
柿谷は今季、名古屋グランパスから12年ぶりに復帰。チームとしては残留争いを強いられ、監督交代も経験したシーズンのなか、J2リーグ37試合で7得点の成績を残した。
クラブを通じて「来シーズンも徳島ヴォルティスでプレーさせてもらえることになりました」とその旨を報告するとともに、決意を新たにした。

29日、明治安田生命J2リーグ第28節の10試合が各地で行われた。
前節黒星を喫し、足踏みとなった首位のFC町田ゼルビアは、7戦未勝利で20位に沈む徳島ヴォルティスと対戦。2-1で勝利を収めた。
32分、町田は藤尾翔太が相手陣で杉本太郎からボールを奪い返し、即座にスルーパス。抜け出したエリキが先制点を挙げた。
ただ、徳島も3分後に相手のコントロールミスから試合を振り出しに。敵陣高い位置でボールを回収し、柿谷曜一朗、森海渡とつないで駆け上がったエウシーニョが右ポケットから今季初ゴールとなる同点弾を決める。
追い付かれた町田だったが68分、ポンポンとワンタッチの浮き球の縦パスがつながり、石尾崚雅と入れ替わった藤尾が右サイド深い位置から折り返し。戻りながらの対応となったエウシーニョのオウンゴールを誘発すると、これが決勝点となった。

相次ぐ主力流出の10位・藤枝MYFCは15位・ベガルタ仙台と対戦し、開始25秒で山原康太郎が退場となった上に、前半をビハインドで終えるも、69分に河上将平が同点弾。試合の大部分を数的不利で戦いながらも、勝ち点を上積みした。
18位・レノファ山口FCはフアン・エスナイデル監督の古巣対戦となる12位・ジェフユナイテッド千葉とのアウェイ戦に臨んだが、4失点と手痛い凱旋歓迎を受けた。また、13位・ブラウブリッツ秋田と、8位・ザスパクサツ群馬の一戦は両者無得点に終わっている。
