来日している元スペイン代表MFダビド・シルバ氏が、日本の流儀を学んでいる。
現役時代、バレンシアやマンチェスター・シティ、レアル・ソシエダで活躍したシルバ氏。ソシエダでは日本代表MF久保建英ともチームメイトとして戦い、チームの主力を担っていた。
今シーズンも活躍が期待されていたなか、シーズン開幕を目前に控えた7月に左ヒザを負傷。トレーニング中の出来事だったが、前十字靭帯の断裂が判明し引退を決断していた。
引退後はソシエダで育成年代のコーチングも行っているシルバ氏だが、数日前に来日。バレンシアユース時代からの同僚で、徳島ヴォルティスのアシスタントコーチであるシシーニョ氏や、岐阜でプレーしていた小野裕斗氏。また、東京ヴェルディや名古屋グランパス、FC岐阜でプレーした高木義成氏らと観光する姿が話題になっていた。
24日にも高木氏がX(旧ツイッター)を更新。今度は飲食店での微笑ましい様子を伝えている。
どうやらシルバ氏一行は、同席していたファッションブランド『REGIEVO』の後藤邦仁代表取締役社長に飲食代を奢ってもらった模様だ。
シルバ氏たちは、高木氏が教えたという「あざっす」の声とともに頭を下げて後藤社長に感謝。さらに、お店の外でも「ありがとう」「あざっす」と一礼しており、日本流の奢られ術をしっかりとマスターしていた。
高木氏はそんなシルバ氏の姿について「後輩が先輩に奢って貰う時は、お店を出てからも挨拶をする スーパースターも44歳一般人もみーんな同じ 今回は日本流の奢られ術をダビドとその仲間に教えてあげました。シシーニョは散々奢り奢られしてるので、さすがでした(笑)重ね重ねREGIEVO後藤社長ご馳走様でした」と伝えている。
スペイン代表として、南アフリカ・ワールドカップでの優勝や、ユーロ2008、2012での連覇も経験したスター選手が身近に感じられる様子には、ファンも「わはは!素敵すぎる!」、「シルバさん可愛すぎんか」、「最高っす」とコメント。その姿を喜んでいた。

今シーズンの開幕前に重傷を負い、そのまま現役を引退した元スペイン代表MFダビド・シルバが来日中で話題を呼んでいる。
バレンシアでキャリアをスタートさせ、マンチェスター・シティでは10シーズンを過ごし、数々のタイトル獲得に貢献。2020年夏からは母国のレアル・ソシエダでプレーしていたダビド・シルバ。2022-23シーズンは日本代表MF久保建英ともチームメイトとして戦い、チームの躍進を支えていた。
今シーズンも活躍が期待されていたなか、シーズン開幕を目前に控えた7月に左ヒザを負傷。トレーニング中の出来事だったが、前十字靭帯の断裂が判明し引退を決断した。
スペイン代表としても南アフリカ・ワールドカップでの優勝や、ユーロ2008、2012での連覇に貢献するなど活躍したスター選手。まさかの来日していることが判明した。
シルバは自身のインスタグラムを更新。東京滞在時の様子をアップすると、浅草や寿司を堪能。ホビーショップである「TAMASHII NATIONS STORE TOKYO」も訪れていた。
そのシルバは大阪にも移動。道頓堀などの写真とともに、一緒に写っていたのはバレンシアユース時代からの同僚で、FC岐阜や徳島ヴォルティス、愛媛FCでもプレーした徳島のアシスタントコーチであるシシーニョ。また、岐阜でプレーしていた小野裕斗も一緒に写っていた。
また、東京ヴェルディや名古屋グランパス、FC岐阜でプレーした高木義成さんもシシーニョとシルバと会っていたことをXで報告していた。
シルバの投稿には久保も反応し「気に入ってくれると嬉しい」と日本を楽しんでもらいたいとコメント。ファンは「レジェンド来た」、「マジで来てるのか!」、「一目でいいから会いたい」、「日本を楽しんで」とコメントしている。
ヴィッセル神戸にはスペイン代表やバレンシアで同僚だったフアン・マタも所属。また、シルバの母親は日系人ということもあり、少なからず日本にゆかりがあるだけに、しっかりと楽しんでいってもらいたいところだ。

▽FC岐阜は27日、GK高木義成(38)の2017シーズン限りでの現役引退を発表した。
▽東京都出身の高木は、2000年にヴェルディ川崎(現・東京ヴェルディ)でプロキャリアをスタート。その後、名古屋グランパスを経て、2016年から岐阜に活躍の場を移した。
▽通算成績は、J1リーグ123試合、J2リーグ115試合1得点、Jリーグカップ30試合、天皇杯18試合、AFCチャンピオンズリーグ2試合の出場を記録している。
▽今シーズン限りで18年のキャリアにピリオドを打つことを決断した高木は、クラブ公式サイトを通じて、次のようにコメントしている。
「FC岐阜を始め、高木義成に関わっていただいたすべての皆様へ」
この度、私、高木義成は今シーズンを持ちまして引退することを決意したことをここにご報告いたします」
「2000年から始まった私の重力との戦い、飛んでくるボールからネットを守る戦いも、はや18シーズンとなりました」
