負傷交代のメッシは右足首じん帯損傷で離脱に…

インテル・マイアミは16日、コパ・アメリカ2024で負傷したアルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシの状態について報告した。

メッシは先月開幕したコパ・アメリカ2024に、アルゼンチン代表のメンバーとして参戦。チームは見事に2大会連続の優勝を果たしたが、メッシは後半に右足首を痛めて涙の途中交代となっていた。

インテル・マイアミは医療検査の結果、メッシは右足首のじん帯を損傷していると発表。今後の試合出場は定期的な検査と回復の進行状況によって判断するとし、復帰時期については明言していない。

また、『ESPN』によるとインテル・マイアミのタタ・マルティーノ監督は試合会見の場でメッシの状態について改めて説明。今後も検査を予定しており、クラブは慎重に状態を見極めるつもりだとしている。

「彼は足首をねん挫しており、今も症状がある。検査が必要であり、その結果を待つことになるだろう。重症度については、検査によって判断していく」

「我々はアルゼンチン代表のキネシオロジストであるワルテル・インサウラルデを通じ、常に情報を得ている。彼は結果が出る前に、最終的な診断を下すことには非常に慎重な人物だ」

状態が懸念されるメッシについて、『ESPN』では少なくとも今週2試合を欠場するだろうと予測。今後の検査によって、より詳細が明らかになることが期待される。

メッシ大好きなマテ茶のストローは7万円超えの特別仕様
