三菱重工浦和レッズレディースがWEリーグも制した。
今季もあと3節のWEリーグ。今週末に第20節が行われ、首位浦和を7ポイント差で追いかける2位INAC神戸レオネッサは12日に8位ジェフユナイテッド千葉レディースとアウェイで対戦し、1-2で競り負けた。
逆転優勝に全勝が条件のI神戸は45分に大澤春花のゴールでリードを許したなか、68分に髙瀬愛実が同点弾。だが、85分の鴨川実歩に勝ち越し弾を決められ、4連勝が止まる5試合ぶりの黒星を喫した。
この結果を受けて、浦和との勝ち点差を縮められずのI神戸は残り2試合での逆転可能性がなくなり、浦和の2年連続2度目となる優勝が決定。WEリーグ連覇は史上初となる。
