▽DFB(ドイツサッカー連盟)は12日、ドイツ代表を率いるヨアヒム・レーブ監督(56)が2018年ロシア・ワールドカップまで続投することを発表した。
▽そしてレーブ監督は続投について以下のように話した。
｢我々の全員が準決勝での敗退に失望したし、ユーロでは準備期間も含めて多くの力を消耗した。ただチームに対しては失望していない。大会では最も若いチームだったし、多くのポテンシャルがあるとみている｣

▽2018年まで契約を残すレーブ監督だが、ドイツは先日行われたユーロで開催国フランスの前にベスト4で敗退していた。しかし大会終了後、レーブ監督と電話会談を行ったDFB会長のラインハルト・グリンデル氏は次のように語っている。｢2018年に連覇という目標を共に目指していくということにも疑問はない。彼はこのチームにとってベストの監督だ」｢我々の全員が準決勝での敗退に失望したし、ユーロでは準備期間も含めて多くの力を消耗した。ただチームに対しては失望していない。大会では最も若いチームだったし、多くのポテンシャルがあるとみている｣

ジューレがドイツ代表を早期離脱… 妻・メリッサさんが第2子出産
