日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザは5日、女子セリエAのナポリ・フェンミニーレに所属するDF小林海青(31)が完全移籍で加入することを発表した。
小林は神奈川県出身で、日テレ・メニーナで育ち、2011年から日テレ・ベレーザでプレー。なでしこリーグ1部で4シーズン戦い、20試合に出場。なでしこリーグカップで5試合2得点、皇后杯で5試合に出場した。
2015年からノジマステラ神奈川相模原に移籍し、なでしこリーグ2部でプレー。その後、なでしこリーグに昇格すると、2021-22シーズンからはWEリーグでプレーする。
WEリーグでは2シーズンで通算24試合1得点を記録。WEリーグカップで2試合、皇后杯でも2試合に出場していた。

元なでしこ岩渕真奈さんが古巣往訪!マスコットとの3ショットほかW杯優勝メンバーにも遭遇

東京NBの新生右サイドバックが開幕戦で存在感!柏村菜那「切り替えは常に意識」
日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザのU-19日本女子代表DF柏村菜那が、勝利した開幕戦を振り返った。 東京NBは12日、2023-24 WEリーグ開幕節でAC長野パルセイロ・レディースを味の素フィールド西が丘に迎えた。 週半ばまでの温暖さと打って変わって寒気の中でキックオフを迎えた一戦は、菅野奏音のCKに村松が合わせて東京NBが10分に先制点を奪う。以降も出足の良い守備と見事なボール回しで、前半はホームチームが攻守で圧倒した。 後半にはAC長野の圧力を受けて我慢の時間もあったが、69分に北村菜々美が追加点を奪取。75分に伊藤めぐみに1点を返されたものの、84分には木下桃香のゴールで再びリードを広げ、3-1と勝利を収めた。 右サイドバックで先発出場した柏村は、この試合でWEリーグ初出場を飾った。とはいえ、すでに今季のWEリーグカップで先発2試合を含む4試合に出場済み。「今回は落ち着いて入ることができた」との言葉通り、リーグ初戦でも物怖じすることなく好パフォーマンスを披露した。 「(ベレーザの一員として)公式戦に初めて出たのはカップ戦だったので、その時は本当に緊張しました。けど、カップ戦での試合を重ねていくうちに経験も少しずつ積めて、リーグ戦までの間も成長することができたので、今回はカップ戦よりは落ち着いて入ることができたと思います」 先制点となったCKは、右サイド高い位置でのボール奪取を起点に土方麻椰のクロスで得たものだったが、その奪い切った選手が柏村だった。 「奪われた瞬間にすぐに取り返すことはずっと言われてきたので、切り替えのところは常に意識していました」と、松田岳夫監督の目指す攻撃のための守備も体現する。 後半には押し込まれる時間帯もあったが、「相手も前半よりロングボールが多く、前からどんどんプレッシャーに来て、それに対してうまく剥がせない時間帯が続いてしまった」と分析。「後半の最初の方は押し込まれましたけど、決めるところで(木下)桃香さんだったり、(北村)菜々美さんが決めてくれたので、後ろとしてはすごく助かりました」と、得点した前線の選手へ感謝の言葉を残した。 柏村は育成組織メニーナの出身で、2022年12月にトップチームへの昇格が発表に。憧れや目標とする選手には同ポジションのなでしこジャパンDF清水梨紗(ウェストハム)や日本代表DF菅原由勢(AZ)を挙げている。 開幕戦でも果敢にサイドを駆け上がり存在感を示したが、「シュートもキーパーに止められてしまい、ゴールに繋がるアシストのような結果には繋がらなかったので悔しいです」と、満足せず。謙虚さと向上心を併せ持つ19歳DFが、シーズンを通じてどこまで成長するか楽しみだ。 <span class="paragraph-title">【動画】柏村菜那も登場!東京NBチームメイトによる突撃インタビュー</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/reel/CzdggXLPO2J/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF;
