▽プレミアリーグ第8節、リバプールvsマンチェスター・ユナイテッドが14日の日本時間20時30分からアンフィールドでキックオフを迎える。ここまで3勝3分け1敗で7位のリバプールと、6勝1分け無敗で2位のユナイテッドによるノースウェスト・ダービーだ。

▽リバプールは前節、ニューカッスルを相手に1-1のドロー。最近のリーグ戦4試合で1勝と白星を重ねることができていない。今回の一戦で仮に敗れることになれば、その差は10ポイントまで広がり、早くも優勝争い脱落の様相を呈することになりかねない。ホームのここで勝利を収め、今後に向けて勢いづけたいところだ。

▽この試合の最大の注目ポイントは、モウリーニョ監督が採るアプローチだ。モウリーニョ監督はこれまで、ビッグマッチのアウェイ戦では顕著に引き分け狙いとも見える守備的な戦術で試合に臨むことが多かったが、今回アンフィールドではどのようなアプローチを採るか。ユナイテッドは今季21得点を挙げており、ルカク、マルシャル、ラッシュフォードらアタッカー陣が好調を維持しているため、積極策で臨む手もあり得る。果たして、今季これまで通りの戦いで勝利を目指し、ライバルクラブに強さをアピールする“声明”を出すことができるか。

「相手に恐怖を与える赤」ストイコビッチ監督率いるセルビアがユーロ用のユニフォームを発表!アウェイは「大会で最も優れたデザインの 1 つ」

「有刺鉄線?」珍しいストライプには困惑も?前回大会8強のスイスがユーロ用の新ユニフォームを発表

チェコ代表がユーロ用の新ユニフォームを発表!アウェイは史上最強と名高い2004年のデザインをイメージ
