▽明治安田生命J3リーグ第22節の3試合が19日に行われた。

▽FC東京U-23vsブラウブリッツ秋田は、試合序盤から拮抗した展開が続いていく。互いになかなか決定機を決め切れないまま時間だけが過ぎていくが、ゴールレスドロー濃厚と思われた87分、OA枠で出場の水沼のゴールで先制したFC東京U-23が、1-0で勝利。リーグ戦3試合ぶりの白星を手にした。

▽なお、この試合では度重なる左ヒザの負傷で長期離脱を強いられていたFC東京の元日本代表MF石川直宏が66分から途中出場を果たし、昨年7月末のベガルタ仙台戦以来、約1年2カ月ぶりの復帰を果たしている。

▽そのほか、大分トリニータvsセレッソ大阪U-23は、65分からの3分間に後藤が続けてゴールを奪ったホームの大分が、2-0で勝利。鹿児島ユナイテッドを抜いて2位に浮上した。19日に開催されたJ3第22節の結果は以下のとおり。
